Certifying Cybersecurity

A Beijing-based cybersecurity lab, Qi An Pangu Lab, released a report on February 23, revealing that Equation Group, a hacking group under the Unites States National Security Agency(NSA), has been creating a toptier backdoor hacking tool and conducting a decade-long cyberattack operation called Telescreen Operation(codenamed Bvp47) against 45 countries and regions, including China, Russia, Japan, the Republic of Korea.     

U.S. Containment Policy Against China Goes Nowhere

A China-U.S. trade war looks imminent after the U.S. administration announced on June 15 plans to impose additional tariffs of 25 percent on $50 billion of Chinese goods, with the Chinese Government responding with reciprocal tariffs. In response on June 18, U.S. President Donald Trump threatened to identify another $200 billion worth of Chinese products to be subject to 10-percent additional tariffs, with China vowing to take comprehensive qualitative and quantitative countermeasures if the new tariffs come into force.

轻重犯罪划分新论

轻重犯罪的划分根据是犯罪的社会危害性的大小，划分标准是法定刑的高低，轻重犯罪应以5年有期徒刑作为分界线，且划分模式则应采取二分法。
