浅谈我国自行车交通管理对策

我国的城市居住结构、环境保护及居民经济条件决定了自行车交通存在的现实性和必然性。因而正确对待自行车交通所带来的问题,合理规制其发展,使之与公共交通有机结合,完善有关管理培训体系及有关法规,是我国当前自行车管理的基本对策。

Abstract – Should the upsurge of Protestantism be seen as a community movement with a religious dimension, or as the expression of sectarian, inward-looking behaviour? Does it wipe out Indian specificity or does it rather help to rebuild community and identity? Does it strengthen citizenship or is it the bearer of an obscurantist authoritarianism? In the light of these questions, three waves of Protestant expansion are described in relation to missionary activity from the North. The relationship between Protestantism and modernity both at the level of the larger society and at the level of the local community are explored.     

The Politics of Choice and Competition in Public Services

The politics of choice and competition in public services are complex. Only public service users seem basically to want choice. Providers prefer alternative models of service delivery especially those that rely upon trust. Social democrats prefer voice and trust; conservatives want choice and competition to be exercised in the context of a full private market. Yet, so long as they are properly designed, policies aimed at promoting choice and competition can serve the interests of all these groups better than the alternatives.
