浅议《刑事专案侦查》教学

目前公安院校《刑事专案侦查》教学存在不少问题 ,主要是教材内容的重点不突出和“教”与“学”有一定的脱节。在教学中 ,尽量避免教学内容重复 ,突出本学科的特点 ,注重实用性 ,增加案例教学 ,提高学生的动手能力和自学能力     

湘江长株潭段生态经济带建设的法律措施实施五年评析

湖南省在建设生态和谐社会中创造性地提出了一个生态法律概念——湘江长株潭段生态经济带，并制定了一系列的法律措施。但是，这些法律措施实施五年来却进展很小。或许，管理者已将重点转移到长株潭城市群区域建设上来。建议管理者继续坚持湘江生态经济带建设，并将范围扩大到整个湘江流域。     

从刑法的价值与刑事政策角度看缓刑制度的完善

缓刑制度是集刑罚社会化、个别化、人道化于一体的刑罚制度,符合刑罚价值取向和人类文明进步的潮流,同时也符合我国宽严相济的刑事政策精神,在我国刑罚执行体系中占据重要地位。鉴于刑法的稳定性和社会生活的发展及刑罚价值取向的转变,我国缓刑制度亟待完善。
