消费者对安全认证食品信任评价及其影响因素——基于有序Logistic模型的实证分析

20世纪90年代中后期以来,中国安全认证食品市场得到了长足发展,但消费者信任缺失成为制约市场发展的瓶颈。探究消费者信任的主要影响因素,成为本文的首要研究目标。以调研为基本手段,研究消费者对安全认证食品的信任评价及相关态度,并构建有序Logistic模型对信任影响因素展开深入分析。结果表明:更多受访者倾向于信任官方机构认证,而信任国内机构与国外机构认证的人数基本相仿;从影响信任的因素来看,年龄、受教育年限、食品安全意识、政府食品监管效果评价、价格评价与购买便利性等变量对信任有着显著影响,而收入、环保意识与风险意识等因素的影响并不显著。对消费者特征带来信任边际效应的分析表明,没有任何类型消费者的态度倾向于信任。加强安全认证食品行业监管,提高消费者信任,成为促进市场发展亟待解决的关键问题。
