行政执法检察监督的路径探析

随着国家监察体制改革的全面完成,检察机关应当主动应对改革,把检察工作的主责主业放在法律监督上,突破以往诉讼监督的缺陷和被动,将行政权纳入检察监督的范围,实现传统检察监督从诉讼监督向全面开展法律监督的转变。检察机关应当进一步明确行政执法检察监督的定位,找出行政执法检察监督存在的瓶颈,构建行政执法检察监督的新路径。
