当代大学生负性生活事件的调查与分析

调查发现,当前大学生所经历的负性生活事件可以归结为人际关系、考试、生活适应、学业前途、异性交往、自我实现和亲友支持等七大类.从发生频率来看,负性生活事件主要集中于人际交往障碍、考试失败、学习问题和失恋等方面.大三学生的人际关系负性事件最多,大一学生的生活适应负性事件最多.高校应积极、主动地采用多种方式,以减少负性生活事件对大学生的影响.     

行政性驱逐出境制度研究

我国存在刑事性和行政性两种驱逐出境制度,学者对后者的法律性质存在较大争议.研究行政性驱逐出境制度是我国出入境形势的发展要求,有助于改进和完善我国的出入境法制.我国应当借鉴世界上主要移民国家的法律规定,建立统一的行政性驱逐出境制度体系,以行政强制为性质定位,明确适用对象,规定独立的适用程序,建立相应的救济制度.     

国际法在国际关系理论中的地位

国际法在国际关系中执行三种管理任务：规则制定、规则管理、规则执行,这三种任务在主流国际关系理论中得到了不同程度的体现。从趋势上看,达成共识的国家越多,这三种任务的可完成性就越高。目前,霍布斯的国际无政府状态模式正在转向格劳秀斯的法律秩序模式,在此过程中,国际法起的作用也许比其他任何事物都要大。随着国际关系理论学家们将研究集中于法律规范、机制以及过程对行为者、行为的影响,国际关系理论中国际法的作用、地位的强化将是一个趋势。
