社会环境基础是警民关系研究的重要组成部分,包括大地区范围和基层基础单位两个层次.将风险社会预警与社会信息监控结合起来,构造大地区范围社会环境监测体系,并通过总值法、对比法、极值占比法三种方法对此进行判定.基层基础单位警民关系社会环境调查可以丰富发展警用地理信息系统.     

我国高校女教师心理健康实证研究

调查我国部分高校女教师的心理健康状况,探讨其心理压力的成因,可以为改善和提高高校女教师的心理健康水平提供科学依据。采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)对我国部分高校的1800名女教师进行的心理测评发现,不同任教科目、不同职称、不同工资水平的高校女教师在心理健康上的差异具有统计学意义;不同教龄的高校女教师在躯体化、强迫、敌对因子上存在显著性差异。高校女教师心理健康状况不容乐观,应尽早对其加强心理干预。     

以公关机制破解舆论对司法的负面影响

舆论对司法公正的影响已经成为当今社会共同关注的问题。在我国,部分公众对司法不信任、不依赖、不服从。公众通过发达的大众传媒冲击司法,甚至左右司法,致使司法公信力降低,司法信任危机加重。公关技术具有化解矛盾、增强互信的效能。把公关机制引入司法领域,建立舆情感知与分析制度,重塑司法品牌,可成为破解当前司法困境的有效途径。

Any one of these can be regarded as a grand strategy. On the con side, however, comes this sarcastic retort.＇ Just look at how the Middle Kingdom is kept constantly on the run responding to emergencies in foreign affairs without any internal coordination to speak of or any systemic approach to turn to. Is this not an eloquent testimony to the lack of a grand strategy？ Echoing this view, the former Australian prime minister, Kevin Rudd, in his recent article,     

性贿赂犯罪化问题的刑法学思考

在物质生活极大丰富的当今社会,权色交易日趋严重,性贿赂已经成为催生腐败,危及国家工作人员职务行为廉洁性的温床,严重阻碍我国民主法治和政治文明的发展。但是,我国现行刑法重点规制物质性利益的贿赂犯罪,对于涉及非物质性利益的性贿赂犯罪问题没有明文规定,法律上的漏洞引起了实践中的茫然。因而,有必要对比古今中外的立法例,详细分析性贿赂犯罪化问题的若干争议,认真考察性贿赂犯罪化的可行性,并从现实角度对现行法律进行重新建构。     

Does Proximity Encourage Tolerance and Less State-Centrism?: Dismissing Monolithic Chinese Youth Perception of Terrorism and Security in a Comparative Regional Study

After 9/11, the exact perception among young Chinese of terrorism and security is little known to the world. What are their views and how are they formed? Are there any obvious differences in perception between young Chinese in different parts of China? What causes this disparity, if there is any? Are these differences intentionally created by the Chinese party-state top-down, or are they only nurtured in a bottom-up, decentralized manner? Using primary research findings obtained from original quantitative surveys and qualitative analyses, this article attempts to offer an empirical answer to these questions. The article is arranged in three sections. The first provides a review of the literature on the topic and describes the research methodology used. The second offers an analysis of our survey findings on how university students from two different cities, Shanghai and Xi'an, evolve distinctive perceptions about terrorism and security. The third section explains the framework used to analyse our findings, which can be summarized as “the nearer, the more tolerant and the less state-centric” towards terrorist-related topics. A conclusion suggests the possible roles of—and wake-up calls for—the Chinese state and the media in light of these disparate perceptions.

向国际惯例靠拢是研究制定我国资本市场监管机制的一项重要指导思想,也是我国审计规范建设的一项十分重要的目标。本文回顾了20世纪70年代以来美国对会计职业管理体制的两次变革,分析了1984年的《美国统一会计师法案》与2002年《萨班尼斯—奥克斯利法案》的立法过程,以期为完善我国注册会计师行业的监管提供一些有益的启示。
