执政资源,指政党执政所必需的能量及其来源。中国共产党作为中国的执政党能否最大限度地发挥执政资源,对于其巩固执政地位和完成执政使命至关重要。中国共产党要充分认识到执政资源的鲜明特点,着重加强组织资源、理论资源、群众资源和历史资源的建设,最大化地发挥中国共产党的执政资源优势。
