迟发性外伤性脑内血肿脑组织GFAP、S-100和NSE的免疫组织化学研究

应用免疫组织化学ABC法和S－P法，对6例伤后1．5天至2年发生的迟发性外伤性脑内血肿（DTICH）脑组织标本进行神经胶质细胞内胶质纤维酸性蛋白（GFAP）、S－100蛋白（S－100）和神经元细胞内特异性烯醇化酶（NSE）变化和应用价值的研究。尸检和组织学检查发现有脑挫伤等病变。6例DTICH脑组织挫伤及周围区均有明显的GFAP、S－100阳性的细胞变化，细胞数目增多，胞体肥大、增生，免疫组化反应产物增多、深染；神经元细胞NSE免疫组化染色均呈阴性改变。结果表明：6例DTICH脑组织中GFAP、S－100的NSE的免疫组织化学变化是有一定时间间隔的外伤性陈旧性改变，在DTICH的病理诊断上具有重要价值，可作为DTICH法医学鉴定的一个辅助手段。     

北京地区尸生性蝇类研究及其在法医鉴定中的应用

为提供法医学尸体死亡时间鉴定的准确性，对北京地区人尸上蝇类区系进行了系统调查（1994～1996）。发现本地区共有双翅目尸生性蝇类3科、12属、14种。其中常见种有红头丽蝇、丝光绿蝇、大头金蝇、肥须亚麻蝇、急钓亚麻蝇、棕尾别麻蝇和家蝇7种。对其常见种的幼虫进行不同温度和湿度下培养，观察常见环境因素，如日历期、风雨天气等因素对其生长发育速率的影响。结果表明，蝇类幼虫在其适宜生长发育的温度范围内，随着温度的升高发育速率加快，历期缩短；在同一温度和同一饲养条件下，发育速率因种而异；平均温度在28℃左右时，蝇类幼虫发育最快，尤其是1～2龄幼虫，时间为1天左右，且较稳定。这些数据对法医学推断死亡时间具有参考价值。     

建设公共服务型政府：政府改革合理的目标选择

我国社会已经进入社会主义市场经济体制对经济和社会发展起基础作用的历史发展新阶段。新阶段新的发展条件要求党和国家对政府的角色和职能作用进行重新定位、对政府行政体制和行为方式即政府治理方式进行适应性改革。政府职能重新定位和适应性改革的途径是在经济转型、社会转型的关键时期及时转变职能,实现政府治理模式转型。目标取向是从传统行政走向公共行政、服务行政,切实把政府职能转变到宏观调控、市场监管、社会管理和公共服务上来,建设有中国特色的公共服务型政府。     

准确定位 科学布局 积极推动试验区建设

宁夏发展内陆开放型经济没有突出优势,在产业布局方面与建设中国—阿拉伯国家及世界穆斯林地区经贸合作大平台的要求尚有差距。必须站在世界经济发展的高端,进一步明确试验区发展定位和目标,优化产业布局,为我国发展内陆开放型经济、完善对外开放格局探索新路径。     

Strategies and hybrid dynamics of soy transnational companies in the Southern Cone

Economical liberalization, market globalization and soy expansion stimulated the advance of big transnational companies in the Southern Cone countries (Brazil, Argentina, Paraguay and Uruguay). Currently, the main corporations acting on the last links of the productive chain are ADM (Archer Daniels Midland), Bunge, Cargill and Dreyfus (the ABCD firms), global leaders in the soy trade. The objective of this contribution is to analyze the different strategies these companies articulate in the Southern Cone, and their dynamics in local space through market relations with local producers. The results show the rapid and intense process of denationalization of the firms in the soy productive chain as well as the high level of market internationalization and company concentration. In spite of this, this study shows that all transnational power of ABCD firms, which seems so abstract and intimidating when seen in the global scale, depends on its basis of the formation, maintenance and exploration of relations of proximity, trust and reciprocity with local actors (especially rural producers), including family friendship linkages.     

‘Bridging the differences’: political communication experts in Germany

A process of modernisation and professionalisation has been affecting the political communication culture in Germany. The emergence and rise of the so-called ‘spin doctors’ particularly symbolises this trend. But how do the numerous political communication experts in Germany bridge the differences between the diverging objectives of the political and media realms? By what means do they link political issues and images to anticipated media logics? And how successful are their efforts in agenda- and image-building? To answer these questions, first, a contextual framework is provided identifying political communication experts as dually conditioned linking pins. Second, a hermeneutic content analysis of 63 interviews with high-ranked German ‘spin doctors’ gives some empirical evidence of the practical relevance of widely discussed communicative strategies. The longitudinal perspective provides insights into an enormous and expanding set of communicative strategies. Here, the cultivation of interpersonal networks is most promising, although it is a rather shaky tool of modern political communication in Germany. Overall, the new myth of the ‘powerful spin doctor’ has to be modified since their ‘success’ is contingent on individual variables.

At work in the temple of science: theory-building in the university

This paper develops a metaphor that shows academia as a temple of science where acolytes and priests devote themselves to building and developing an arcane lore that supports their faith. Though a somewhat strained metaphor, its heuristic value will become clearer when illustrated by lessons drawn from the sociology of knowledge. Through these lessons, I will attempt to demonstrate that the university setting has inexorably influenced the theories that have developed there, particularly in contributing to the perception of a gap between theory and practice that an applied, problem-solving field such as public administration can ill afford.
