农民就业的现实与农村社会稳定的负相关主要表现为:农村大量剩余劳动力的存在、农民就业权益的缺失、农民就业竞争力弱、对农村"留守儿童"疏于管理影响农村社会稳定。弱化农民就业的现实与农村社会稳定的负相关:一是开拓中国特色的农村剩余劳动力转移之路;二是维护和保障农民就业的合法权益;三是提高农民受教育程度,增强农民就业竞争力;四是齐抓共管,切实加强对"留守儿童"的教育管理。     

苏俄时期东正教与苏维埃政权的关系

十月革命后,俄罗斯东正教与国家的关系进入到了一个新的历史阶段。尽管新生的苏维埃政权宣布实行宗教信仰自由,但是在实践上对于俄罗斯东正教会实行的基本上是打压和限制的政策,造成了东正教会与国家关系的空前紧张,一定程度上给新政权带来了压力。而东正教会对于新生政权的态度也基本上是抗拒和排斥的,但是东正教的大多数,也就是中间力量,并没有走上与苏维埃政权完全对立的道路,在对待领土和战争以及解救饥荒等问题上,教会还是坚持了其传统的爱国主义立场,这为后来政教关系的改善奠定了基础。     

遭遇校园革命

来到法兰克福大学已经12天。按照这里的课程安排,每周6个小时的课,实际讲三门课。一门是“中国文化在当今和未来世界文化中的地位”,这不是我的本业,完全是新的领域,但为了换一个角度思考问题并利用这次讲学机会鼓吹中国文化,我特意选了这个主题。另一门是“中国法律文化导论”
