建立教学管理监控体系,促进学校新发展

教学工作在学校整个工作中的中心地位已毫无疑问,而高质量的教学管理则是确保教学效果、提高教学质量的重要前提。为了切实提高教学管理的水平与质量,建立起一个涉及师资队伍、课程建设、教材资料建设、教学过程、毕业生质量追踪等方面内容的完整的教学管理监控体系势在必行。教学管理监控体系的建立和运作,不仅能够有效提高工作效率,而且能保证学校人才培养目标的实现,并且为学校的重要决策提供信息依据。     

鹅源新城疫病毒单克隆抗体的研制及其与不同NDV毒株的反应性

以鹅源新城疫病毒(NDV)作为免疫原免疫BALB/c小鼠,获得了5 株具有HI特性的单克隆抗体,分别命名为2G5、3A4、3B5、6B1 和8C5,其腹水HI 效价分别为214、212、29、215 和28。竞争ELISA结果表明,2G5、3A4、3B5和6B1在HN蛋白上所针对的表位属于同一抗原区,而8C5针对的表位为另一抗原区。将上述5株单抗与不同来源的NDV进行了HI排谱试验。结果显示,同一抗原区4株单抗的反应谱比较一致,而与另一抗原区单抗8C5 的反应谱明显不同。5 株单抗与鹅源NDV毒株的反应性较强,而与鸽源NDV毒株的反应性较弱。这5 株单抗用HRP标记后再与不同单抗进行交叉夹心ELISA,得到了一个新的系统(2G5 8C5)。用该系统对NDV分离株做排谱试验。结果显示,该系统与鹅源NDV分离株的反应性较好,表明所建立的新系统可用于鹅源NDV的检测。     

120例肝豆状核变性合并抑郁症状患者的中医证型及神经递质与炎症因子变化特点研究

目的观察肝豆状核变性合并抑郁症状患者的临床表现,研究该病的发病机制。方法对120例诊断为肝豆状核变性抑郁症状患者进行中医证候分型,观察汉密尔顿抑郁量表-24(Hamilton depression rating scale-24,HDRS-24)、抑郁自评量表(self-rating depression scale,SDS)、统一Wilson病评定量表(unified Wilson's disease rating scale,UWDRS)评分,检测5-羟色胺(5-hydroxytryptamine,5-HT)、多巴胺(dopamine,DA)、白细胞介素-4(interleukin-4,IL-4)、白细胞介素-6(interleukin-6,IL-6)、白细胞介素-10(interleukin-10,IL-10)含量,比较不同证型患者的量表评分和神经递质、炎症因子水平。结果120例患者较为多见的抑郁症状有抑郁情绪114例(95.0%)、工作和生活兴趣减退52例(43.3%)、全身躯体化症状26例(21.7%)、能力减退感83例(69.2%)、自卑感68例(56.7%),其他抑郁表现不多见。与脾肾阳虚证和湿热内蕴证患者比较,痰瘀互结证患者的HDRS-24、SDS、UWDRS评分更高(P<0.05);与湿热内蕴证患者相比,脾肾阳虚证抑郁症状多见(P<0.05);与脾肾阳虚证和湿热内蕴证患者比较,痰瘀互结证患者外周血5-HT、DA、IL-4、IL-10水平较低(P<0.05),IL-6水平较高(P<0.05)。脾肾阳虚证与湿热内蕴证患者上述指标比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肝豆状核变性抑郁症状发生可能与铜沉积脑部引起神经递质5-HT、DA和炎症因子IL-4、IL-6、IL-10水平变化有关,其中痰瘀互结证患者抑郁症状程度最重,原因可能为痰瘀更易影响体内5-HT、DA、IL-4、IL-6、IL-10水平。
