警察院校校风建设是高校精神文明建设的重要组成部分,是提高警察院校教育质量的重要保证,既反映警察院校的办学水平,又体现警察院校的品位和格调.树立"忠诚、严谨、博学、创新"的优良校风,把校风建设同警察院校的历史传统、治学理念、办学特色等紧密结合,使之成为鼓舞师生的精神力量,对于警察院校建设和发展具有重要意义.因此,必须采取切实措施,加强警察院校校风建设,为创建一流警官高校而努力.     

小反刍兽疫病毒H糖蛋白基因原核表达载体的构建及表达

参照GenBank中小反刍兽疫病毒(PPRV)H抗原基因序列,人工合成了PPRV H基因,将其克隆至pUC18-T质粒中,转化E.coliJM109感受态细胞,构建并选择PPRV H基因克隆重组质粒,经核苷酸序列分析正确,将其克隆至pBAD/Thio-TOPO载体中,转化E.coliTOP10感受态细胞,核苷酸序列分析证实,成功构建了PPRV H基因重组表达载体。经不同浓度L-阿拉伯糖诱导,可稳定、高效地表达PPRV H抗原。SDS-PAGE分析结果表明,用终浓度为0.2 g/L的L-阿拉伯糖诱导5 h的表达量最高,表达蛋白为分子质量约83 ku的融合蛋白;经薄层扫描分析,其表达产量约占菌体总蛋白的10%。Western-blotting检测表明,诱导的蛋白能与PPRV H蛋白单抗发生特异性反应,说明表达的融合蛋白中含有PPRV H糖蛋白抗原。     

准中止犯概念及在我国刑法中的倡导

准中止是不具备中止成立的条件犯罪行为,但却按照中止处罚的情形。在实践中,准中止一般包括两种情形:一是由被害人或第三人阻断因果关系而形成的准中止;另一是由犯罪行为的性质阻断因果关系而形成的准中止。准中止犯理论符合我国中止犯存在的理论基础,也与我国刑法的主客观相统一原则内涵契合,它有利于减少刑法适用上的冲突,从而实现我国的刑罚目的。因此,我国刑法理论宜倡导准中止犯的概念并在立法中加以体现。

THE world＇s attention has been riveted by the devastating earthquake that hit Sichuan Province in May. Apart from timely relief assistance, international think tanks and financial organizations have also been analyzing its impact on the Chinese economy. One of the world＇s leading companies for catastrophe risk estimation, Air Worldwide, has stated that the economic loss caused by the earthquake may reach US $20 billion. However, the Financial Times reports that the disaster will not badly impact China＇s economy overall, despite the tragic losses, although analysts at JP Morgan believe that the temporary disorder may result in a new rise in consumer prices.

层次分析法是政府绩效评估的常用方法,但应用于第三方评价中存在技术性障碍.为此,华南理工大学课题组在实证研究中对层次分析法进行了改良,构建了作为层次分析法特例的技术路经.改良结果表明,层次分析法特例模型较之简单采用层次分析法得出的结果更具客观性和全面性.

As a result we are entering the new era of Globalization 2.0 characterized by new forms of non‐Western modernity and the interdependence of plural identities. The advent of this new era has been hastened by the fiscal and financial crisis in Europe and the United States. Turkey, with its Islamic‐oriented democracy that has become a template for the liberated peoples of the Arab Spring, and China, with its effective neo‐Confucian form of governance, are the most sharply defined new players in this multi‐polar and multi‐dimensional world.
