韩国文学汉译的“赞助者”研究

在当下的翻译研究中,翻译活动中的“赞助者”研究日益受到重视。而韩国文学汉译领域中的相关研究还处在萌芽的阶段。韩国文学作品在中国翻译、出版,韩国文学翻译院起到了巨大的推动作用。本文对其2001年成立至今资助翻译、资助出版中文译著的情况进行梳理,力图揭示其对韩国文学在中国翻译、传播中起到的作用、影响以及不足之处。     

Evaluation of 96 SNPs in 14 populations for worldwide individual identification

Great advances have been made recently in searching for individual identification single-nucleotide polymorphisms (IISNPs or IDSNPs). Such SNPs as suggested by SNPforID scientists and by Pakstis et al., are promising, although they were selected from older or smaller databases rather than the most recent database. Here, we describe a new computational strategy for developing IDSNPs based on HapMap. We searched through HapMap r27 for SNPs having minor allele frequencies ≥0.30 in all its 11 populations and found more than 1881 qualified SNPs. We examined 96 of them with 183 DNA samples from three Chinese populations using Illumina arrays. The average allele frequency for these 96 SNPs among the three populations was 0.495/0.505, the average number of identical SNP genotypes shared by two individuals among the 14 populations (three Chinese and 11 HapMap) was 37.9, and the random matching probability for two unrelated Hans to match in all 96 genotypes was 9.793 × 10(-39). Thus, most of these 96 SNPs are universally applicable.     

Parental warmth amplifies the negative effect of parental hostility on dating violence

Past research has documented the positive association between parental hostility and offspring involvement in intimate partner violence. Researchers, practitioners, and parents typically adopt the standpoint that parental warmth may counter these negative lessons. However, Straus and colleagues argue that parents foster IPV to the extent that they teach their child that verbal and physical aggression are a normal and legitimate component of loving relationships. A strict interpretation of social learning theory would suggest that these lessons are more, not less, likely to occur when parental hostility is interspersed with displays of affection. The present study tests this idea using data from 2,088 undergraduate students from a large university in the Southeast. Consistent with Straus' arguments, findings suggest that, rather than attenuating the negative effects of hostility, supportive interactions seem to amplify the probability that offspring will emulate aggressive behaviors in their own romantic relationships. The same is true for the effects of harsh parenting for women. It seems that the best way parents can avoid contributing to their child's chances of being in a violent dating relationship is to eschew family interaction involving verbal and physical aggression.     

免疫磁珠技术和精子抗原研究进展与法医学应用

免疫磁珠技术在生物学领域应用广泛,通过制备精子特异性抗体,并与磁性微球偶联,可达到对精阴混合斑中精子和女性阴道上皮细胞分离。本文简述了免疫磁珠技术的研究进展及磁珠主要制备方法,同时结合精子表面抗原的研究进展,提出磁珠抗体法提取精子DNA的可能性,并展望了磁珠抗体结合技术在法医学应用前景。     

实验性大鼠弥漫性轴索损伤的傅里叶红外光谱检测

目的探讨利用傅里叶红外光谱技术诊断弥漫性轴索损伤的可行性。方法利用HE染色、银染和β-APP免疫组化染色确认大鼠弥漫性轴索损伤模型,利用傅里叶变换显微红外光谱面扫描成像技术检测弥漫性轴索损伤区域酰胺Ⅱ带的光谱分布情况,得到弥漫性轴索损伤的红外光谱数据,绘制红外光谱病理图像。结果实验组与对照组的酰胺Ⅱ带红外光谱吸收度之间存在明显差异,红外光谱病理图像中酰胺Ⅱ带的高吸收区与弥漫性轴索损伤区符合。结论傅里叶红外光谱技术可对弥漫性轴索损伤进行病理形态学诊断。     

论质量法学学科的创建

质量法学是研究广义的质量法律制度、质量法律现象以及与质量法律相关诸问题及其规律的一门新兴学科。质量法学不但具有自身独特的研究对象,而且还具有自身独立的研究问题,故从学科划分的标准来看其完全能够成为一门独立的学科。中国目前创建质量法学的主客观条件已基本成就,创建质量法学正逢其时。质量法学必将是一门具有广阔发展前途的学科,我们应加强其相关基础理论的研究。

我国外汇保证金交易法律制度构建初探

外汇保证金产品属于金融衍生品,国际上外汇保证金交易是非常普遍的交易形式。因投资者风险较大、法律法规缺失、监管缺位,2008年6月我国外汇保证金交易第二次紧急叫停,但境外交易经纪商在我国境内设立的分支机构仍然从事着外汇保证金＂经纪业务＂,国内投资者的风险有增无减。首要的法律问题是界定外汇保证金产品与证券、期货、外汇的异同,辨析外汇保证金的法律属性。风险隔离机制主要应考虑资金安全和破产风险。在监管体系方面,我国应加快金融统一监管体系的构建。
