流动少数民族社会融入的权利逻辑

流动少数民族社会融入在理论上是一个文化接纳、行为适应和身份认同问题,但在法律上却是一个是少数人权利的实现与保障问题。用少数人权利的标准来衡量目前流动少数民族社会融入状况具有合理性和可操作性。目前,流动少数民族的群体特征未得到应有的尊重,平等有效的政治参与受到制约,社会经济融入和文化融入实现困难成为影响其社会融入的主要原因。促进流动少数民族社会融入的政策方向需要有权利保障,要通过法律和政策来消除阻碍流动少数民族社会融入的制度性不平等因素。

河北省未成年人犯罪基本情况调查及原因分析

采用艾森克个性问卷及自编基本情况调查表对395名未成年男犯进行调查,结果显示,未成年男犯在文化程度、作案地区、家庭结构及家庭教养方式等方面存在新的变化趋势,犯罪原因集中在家庭、学校、社会及个人心理因素等各方面。
