关于法律服务业“调结构、促转型”的思考——以上海市长宁区律师法律假务业为范本

2009年中央经济工作会议以及今年政府工作报告,反复强调调整产业结构,促进经济发展方式转变的重要性。就当前我国经济社会大局而言,产业结构调整和经济发展方式转变已经成为主要基调。实际上,具体到以律师为主体的法律服务业,在当前背景下,同样面临着调结构、促转型的必要性和紧迫性。     

Progress on relationship between omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids and violent-aggressive behavior

The relationship between omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFAs) and violent-aggressive behavior has been payed attention since 1980s. Their correlation was explored by many epidemiological investigations, and the effect of PUFAs on prevention or reduction of violent-aggressive behavior in different groups were also affirmed by some intervention studies. This article summarized the previous studies and reviewed the history of epidemiological or intervention studies on PUFAs and its relationship with violent-aggressive behavior. It also presented the possible influencing factors in these studies and possible mechanisms.     

外伤性癫痫灶中泛素蛋白酶体系的形态学改变

目的检测泛素(ubiquitin,Ub)和泛素激活酶(ubiquitin-activating enzyme1,UbE1)在外伤性癫痫灶中的表达,探索其对鉴定外伤性癫痫的应用价值。方法收集脑外伤后癫痫灶皮质样本15例(外伤性癫痫组)、非脑外伤后癫痫灶皮质样本15例(非外伤性癫痫组),交通事故死亡正常脑皮质样本15例(非癫痫组),通过HE常规染色观察各组形态学改变,用免疫组化染色检测3组中Ub和UbE1的表达情况。结果常规HE染色下,与非癫痫组相比,外伤性癫痫组和非外伤性癫痫组出现神经元数量减少、神经元变性等形态学改变,外伤性癫痫改变更明显。Ub和UbE1主要表达在癫痫灶神经元细胞核、细胞质内,细胞外未见表达。图像分析显示两指标的表达量为外伤性癫痫组非外伤性癫痫组非癫痫组,差别具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论正常神经元数量减少、神经元变性是癫痫灶的主要病理改变之一,外伤性癫痫神经元病理改变更明显。与HE染色比较,Ub和UbE1免疫组化染色更灵敏,有助于鉴别外伤性癫痫和非外伤性癫痫。

商业银行住房贷款风险防范分析

在大力发展个人住房信贷业务的同时,应客观分析其政策风险、市场风险等潜在风险。针对商业银行住房贷款风险的表现,从建立住房贷款风险预警系统,健全银行内部管理机制,积极稳妥地推进金融创新,完善抵押物管理措施几个方面对住房贷款业务风险的防范做一些有益的探讨。     

论信托关系的法律构造

信托关系的定位应以合同为基础,通过信托财产的独立化与一定的公示机制相结合,使基于合同的信托内部机制得以外部化,为信托关系的对世效力提供法理依据.如此,信托制度才能够既满足信托当事人的各种需要,又能发挥保护第三人和交易安全的弹性功能.     

Colonialism and the health transition: Aboriginal Australians and poor whites compared, Victoria, 1850–1985

This paper presents the results of the first two longitudinal historical cradle-to-grave datasets constructed in Australia: the Aboriginal population of the state of Victoria, reconstituted backwards using genealogical research and vital registrations, 1835–1930; and an impoverished European population born at the Melbourne Lying-In Hospital, 1857–1900 and traced until 1985. It investigates the hypothesis that the health transition in indigenous people was different from that of the dominant non-indigenous population. Both of these studied sub-populations were highly stressed, resulting in high infant mortality and persistent tuberculosis mortality. The Aboriginal population suffered the additional burdens of racism and social exclusion, even though after the passage of the 1886 ‘Half-Castes Act’, the majority of Aboriginal Victorians were legally ‘white’. The impact of that legislation and the systematic exclusion of Aboriginal Victorians from federal entitlements in the twentieth century sent the Aboriginal health transition into reverse. The contrasting fates of poor whites and ‘unofficial blacks’ during the health transition demonstrate the health burdens of inequality and racial discrimination, and reveal that ‘the gap’ in life expectancy between Indigenous and non-Indigenous Australians is a historical product of long-term government policy and exclusion from citizenship and its entitlements.
