The Songs of Nongping Elementary School

China Foundation for Peace and Development(CFPD) has launched its education projects in Laos since 2012. By far, seven schools have been constructed with the assistance of CFPD, benefiting about 2000 students, which has effectively improved local education quality and is welcomed by the Lao government and people. Among all the constructed schools, Sino-Lao Nongping Elementary School has already offered Chinese classes in different grades taught by volunteer teachers from Confucius Institute Headquarter.     

The Global Strategic Situation in 2014: A Turbulent Year

The author considers that 2014 was a year of confusion and disorder. The world experienced a series of destabilizing events: global geopolitical tensions further intensified with the endless conflicts in Ukraine, the Islamic State emerged in force; West Africa saw an Ebola outbreak; and oil prices plummeted. We will not be able to extricate ourselves out of this chaos unless we can transform the existing flawed global order and rules. The U.S. and other big powers should take up more responsibilities and play a more constructive role in global governance.     

蜜蜂白垩病的病原和防治技术研究

蜜蜂白垩病是西方蜜蜂( Apis mellifera L.) 的一种新的恶性传染病。从白垩病的蜜蜂幼虫尸体分离出病原菌蜂球囊菌( Ascosphaera apis) ,经光学显微镜观察,该菌的菌丝直径2 .0 ～3 .0 μm ,孢囊为黑色球状,直径40 .0 ～45 .0 μm ;孢囊内有许多孢子球,孢子球的直径9 .0 ～11 .0 μm ;孢子球又由许多孢子组成;孢子表面光滑,呈肾形或长椭圆形,大小2 .4 μm ×1 .2 μm ,孢子长与宽的比值为2 .0 。通过感染试验,确定了蜜蜂白垩病的病态发展过程以及蜜蜂幼虫的最易感染日龄。总结出影响该病的因素以及该病消长规律,提出了以防为主,防治结合的综合防制措施。

寻脉现代西方资本主义国家的社会流动、优才统治、科层组织的影响以及对现代人生活及其观念的改变,可以发现,当代西方才华和无用的幽灵以及无根基的知识缘由驱逐着匠人精神,凸显没有任何个性和生命活性的数据,逐渐边缘化了个体的精神理念、审美情趣以及个人偏好,因而生命在无根之状中无价值性地存活,这导致了精神与人格分裂成了西方现代人的共同病症。如此,透视现代生活,找寻现代社会的新生活进程与确认新的价值坐标,摆脱所谓人的内在、外在能力的挖掘之取向,锁定交易的边界,超越技能社会、技能经济并进而超越由主义的斯密模式和军事化的韦伯模式,解构现代人生活的焦虑感、恐惧感与虚无感,从被遗弃的生存感重新找回、建构自我的幸福。只有认识、批判资本主义文化的病症,才可融入并超越现代社会的历史局限,寻到人自我解放的道路。

In author’s view,there are several alternative paradigms that could develop governing Sino-U.S.relations over the next decade.To keep the process of its rise uninterrupted, China should take active steps to push the relationship towards a cooperation paradigm and preventing it from sliding towards a conflict paradigm.The U.S.also needs to adopt a positive response.     

母鼠妊娠期铅镉联合暴露对仔鼠脑组织的氧化损伤及乙酰半胱氨酸的保护效应

45只怀孕SD母鼠被随机分为9组,即A组(对照组,饮用蒸馏水)、B组(铅组,300 mg/L)、C组[铅 N-乙酰半胱氨酸(N-NAC)组,300 mg/L 20 mmol/L]、D组(镉组,10 mg/L)、E组(镉 NAC组,10mg/L 20 mmol/L)、F组(低剂量铅镉联合组,150 mg/L 5 mg/L)、G组(低剂量铅镉联合 NAC组,150mg/L 5 mg/L 20 mmol/L)、H组(高剂量铅镉联合组,300 mg/L 10 mg/L)、Ⅰ组(高剂量铅镉联合 NAC组,300 mg/L 10 mg/L 20 mmol/L).采用饮水染毒,染毒时间为21 d,分娩后每窝随机选取6只乳鼠测定脑匀浆超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、乙酰胆碱酯酶(TChE)活性和丙二醛(MDA)的含量.结果表明,低剂量铅镉联合作用具有中间效应(介于铅、镉单独毒性作用之间),而高剂量铅镉联合作用表现协同或叠加效应.NAC拮抗组与染毒组比较,MDA含量显著降低,SOD、GSH-Px、TChE、CAT活性有升高趋势,说明NAC可以提高大鼠的抗氧化能力,对母鼠铅镉暴露所致新生鼠脑脂质过氧化损伤有一定的保护作用.     

论新农村公共服务供给方式的选择

在市场因素作用不断增强、农民对公共服务需求量日益增长和需求日趋多样化的背景下,我国的农村公共服务供给方式应进行市场化改革。由于政府供给和市场供给方式在效率方面各有优缺点,而且不同地区农村居民对公共服务的需求存在差异,应根据公共服务的类别和性质选择适合的供给方式,才能更好地满足新农村建设时期农民对公共服务的需求。
