高校校园文化传承创新功能及其路径选择

文化传承创新是高等教育的一项重要任务。高校校园文化是文化传承创新的重要平台和途径。文章结合高校校园文化的内涵与特点,反思了当前高校校园文化在文化传承中的不足和主要障碍,进一步理清了推动高校校园文化建设的思路,以充分发挥高校在文化传承创新中的作用。     

US Local Government Delegation Visits Sichuan Province

A 12-member US Local Government Delegationled by Wisconsin Lieutenant Governor Rebecca Kleefisch visited Sichuan Province December 11-13 at the invitation of the CPAFFC.Consisting of lieutenant governors,state legislators,mayors,government officials of cities and counties from eight states—Wisconsin,Washington,New York,Colorado,Illinois,Tennessee,Kansas and Missouri—the delegation was organized by the China-United States Exchange Foundation(CUSEF).Established in Hong Kong in 2008     

美国对中越西沙海战的反应

西沙海战爆发后，美国采取不介入的立场，军事上不介入中越海战，外交上不支持任何国家对西沙和南沙群岛的领土要求。其主要原因是：其一，美国认为这两个群岛的主权归属难以确定；其二，西沙海战的交战双方是南越和中国，美国难以取舍；其三，美国已经自越南撤军，出于国内政治的考虑，不愿意也难以介入西沙海战；其四，从根本上讲，美国的国家战略决定其必然采取不介入的政策。美国关注海战后军事和外交局势的发展，同时采取措施，尽量避免其盟国与中国之间发生战事，以推行其反苏遏苏的国家大战略。

Abstract

A new literature attributes the resilience of hybrid regimes to the ways in which institutions and procedures can be manipulated. This article contends, however, that more crucial for resilience than manipulable institutions are the distinct and prior sets of relations between elites, mass publics and foreign investors. To test this thesis, analysis focuses on Malaysia, a country whose regime is regarded as hybrid, yet whose resilience has recently fluctuated. The last years of Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad's prime ministership are thus contrasted with the first year in office of his successor, Datuk Seri Abdullah Badawi. Greater attention is given to Abdullah's tenure, finding that under his leadership, Malaysia's hybrid regime has re-equilibrated.     

当前国企改革进程中的党建工作模式探析——以中国印刷集团为个案

量刑重复评价相关问题研究

在量刑时，定罪情节的功能在于确定量刑起点，非典型的量刑情节的功能在于调节量刑起点确定基准刑，而典型的量刑情节的功能在于调节基准刑确定宣告刑。对同一犯罪事实，不仅要在定罪时评价，也要在量刑时评价，这并不违反禁止重复评价原则。对此，在存在非常规犯罪构成事实的案件、存在罪数选择的案件、存疑案件等案件中尤其应予以注意。
