北京网上审批市级平台建设

为贯彻落实国家有关电子政务建设的精神和“政府引导与发挥市场机制相结合,走出一条中国特色信息化的新路子”的要求,实现“新北京、新奥运”的战略构想,保障北京率先基本实现现代化,促进政府服务和管理水平实现跨越式发展,北京市在全面推进电子政务建设方面历经了电子政务专网建设,全面完成了政府上网工程,建成“首都之窗”政府网站群,以及一批应用系统已相继开通等发展阶段之后,近年来又在朝着电子政务网上互动办公的目标继续努力。经过两年时间的推进工作,目前全市网上审批服务系统已初步建成,为深入推进电子政务奠定了发展基础。北京市…
