新农村建设的关键是提高农民素质

在建设社会主义新农村中,对农民素质的认识还存在一些问题与误区.尤其是新农村建设中关键需要培养农民什么素质还有待研究.新农村建设的关键是提高农民的软素质即农民的观念素质,特别是农民热爱家乡、热爱农村的感情与观念.

An Wenli＇s Calligraphy

An Wenli （安文丽）, styling herself Ru zhi, also named Xue zhai, is a prize-winning calligrapher and a native of Qingyang.
