道德赏罚:社会公正的必然要求

道德赏罚是加强道德监督、实现社会道德调控最直接、最有力的武器,也是社会公正的必然要求。长期以来,人们往往只注重教育在发挥道德功能中的作用而很少把道德与赏罚联系起来,影响了道德作用的充分发挥,也影响了社会公正的实现。基于道德赏罚的重要性,文章试图对道德赏罚的内涵、依据、必要性及其具体措施进行探析。     

浅谈以优良党风促政风带民风

理论联系实际、密切联系群众、批评和自我批评,是对我们党的优良作风的集中概括。从一定意义上讲,这三大优良作风是中国共产党人固有的本质属性,共产党与其他任何政党的区别就在于这种本质上的区别。执政党的党风,关系到党的形象,关系到党和人民事业的成败。因此,要实现社会科学和谐发展,就必然要求以优良党风促政风带民风,必然要求全党同志特别是党的各级领导干部在实际工作中,切实按照共产党人这一固有的本质属性要求,把党的三大优良作风转化为自觉的行动,用实际行动发扬党的三大优良作风,只有这样,才能实现以优良党风促政风带民风的目的。     

滑坡论证:质疑安乐死立法的伦理论证

近年来,安乐死立法成为生命伦理学领域内争论激烈的国际性道德话题,也因此成为滑坡论证质疑其道德可能性的对象。安乐死立法的滑坡论证主要有3种基本类型:1.逻辑滑坡论证是在多种可能性中选择一种可能性,然后把这种可能性当做现实性,因此很难得出可信结论;2.实证滑坡论证具有最大可信度,但实证的路径以明确的经验数据表明,立法安乐死和非自愿安乐死之间并没有必然的因果联系;3.价值滑坡论证的要害在于以生命权否定死亡权。其实,生命包含生存和死亡两个基本要素,尊重生命权要求同时尊重生存权和死亡权。尽管滑坡论证并不足以构成否定安乐死立法的有力论据,我们却不能否认滑坡论证对安乐死立法的质疑所具有的重要价值。     

加强党的先进性建设解决好“两大历史性课题”

“两大历史性课题”与党的先进性建设命题的产生,标志着党的建设新的伟大工程总体框架的基本形成;党的先进性建设是解决好“两大历史性课题”的根本条件与关键所在,解决好“两大历史性课题”是党的先进性建设的基本内容与必然要求;必须坚持以“三个代表”重要思想为指导,不断加强党的先进性建设,切实解决好“两大历史性课题”,把党的先进性建设与“两大历史性课题”的解决统一于党的建设新的伟大工程之中。     

从资金筹集看农村专业合作组织中的社会资本运作——对两河社区牛行组织成员的调查

文章通过访谈、观察等方法,以牛行组织为例分析了农村专业合作组织经营资金筹集情况,以期在了解社会资本在农村专业合作组织中的运作情况及其对专业合作组织发展的影响和作用,并预测不同类型的社会资本在专业合作组织形成和发展过程中的功效及变迁。     

颅脑损伤血浆降钙素基因相关肽含量变化及法医学意义

目的研究颅脑损伤患者血浆中降钙素基因相关肽（CGRP）水平变化,观察其与颅脑损伤之间的关系并探讨其在颅脑损伤中的作用。方法40例脑外伤患者,其中轻中型（GCS评分9～15分）、重型（GCS评分3～8分）各20例。采用酶联免疫法测定患者伤后第1、3、5、7d及25例体检健康的志愿者血浆中CGRP水平。结果颅脑损伤患者与正常对照组比较血浆中CGRP水平明显增高,除轻中度组第7d外,均有显著性差异（P〈0．05）;且重度组在3d内高于轻中度组,有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。结论颅脑损伤者CGRP水平增高,且因病情加重会进一步升高,但随时间的延长有下降趋势。     

Politics of on-demand food delivery: Policy design and the power of algorithms

In this article, we examine the politics of on-demand food delivery using insights from the theory of social construction and policy design. On-demand food delivery is a service built on algorithm-based technology known for its precarity and physical risks for couriers. We compare how the on-demand food delivery sector is regulated and its observable effects in two Asia-Pacific cities with contrasting food courier profiles: Melbourne, Australia (international students), and Singapore (citizens, permanent residents). We show how the social construction of food couriers in other policy subsystems (migration, higher education, citizenship) affects debates of their fair treatment in the on-demand food delivery sector. By interrogating the politics of digitally enabled versions of reality, we argue for embracing a design perspective to identify how reforms could be introduced in change-resistant sectors.     

Trajectories of Peer Social Influences as Long-term Predictors of Drug Use from Early Through Late Adolescence

The present study analyzed the long-term effects of perceived friend use and perceived peer use on adolescents’ own cigarette, alcohol and marijuana use as a series of parallel growth curves that were estimated in two developmental pieces, representing middle and high school (N = 1,040). Data were drawn from a large drug abuse prevention trial, the Midwestern Prevention Project (MPP). Results showed that both perceived peer and friend cigarette use predicted own cigarette use within and across the adolescent years. For own alcohol and marijuana use, peer and friend influences were limited primarily to middle school. The findings suggest that strategies for counteracting peer and friend influences should receive early emphasis in prevention programs that are targeted to middle school. The findings also raise the question of whether cigarette use may represent a symbol of peer group identity that is unlike other drug use, and once formed, may have lasting adverse effects through the adolescent years.

Does public participation matter? Inclusive growth in East Asia

Inclusiveness in economic development has lately emerged as a critical factor for development. This paper adopts an analytical concept of inclusive growth to evaluate East Asia’s economic success. It contests the Western conceptualization of the critical role of public participation in development, and argues that it has played a limited role in terms of inclusive growth in East Asia. Several factors have influenced the outcome of research in this area including the choice of methodology adopted, the challenge of defining and measuring inclusive growth, and the unclear mode and impact of public participation in the process.     

农村民间自由借贷过程中的交换行为分析--基于浙江温州的考察

农村民间借贷行为是一种有限理性交换行为,从借贷动机的产生、借贷对象的选择到具体的借贷方式以及借贷纠纷的产生这整个过程中,发生了各种资源的交换,包括非物质性资源的交换和物质性资源的交换.文章根据作者在浙江温州所做的个案访谈资料和问卷调查结果,从社会交换论的视角来分析农村民间借贷过程中的交换行为,包括交换意识的产生、非物质性资源和物质性资源的交换以及交换的失衡.从中发现农村民间自由借贷对农村经济的发展有相当的影响.
