我国计量工作发展长期滞后于市场经济发展的需要,改革计量工作成为势在必行。本文从法制计量的定位、政府在企业计量工作中的定位、科学计量的定位三方面对计量工作在市场经济发展中的定位进行了分析。

With China＇s increased influence in Africa, the Africa issue has become ever more important in China-EU relations. In 2006, the Africa issue for the first time appeared in the joint statement of the China-European Union （EU） summit. Though both sides laid emphasis on their own principles of their Africa policies, they indicated at the same time that they would seek practical cooperation on the effectiveness of aid and the Millennium Development Goals （MDGs）.
