PAP免疫组织化学技术检测血小板膜糖蛋白

<正> 血小板膜糖蛋白 GPⅠ_b 和 GPⅢa 在血小板粘附、聚集中起着极其重要的作用。为了直接检测组织中血小板粘附、聚集和血栓形成,我们建立了应用抗人血小板膜糖蛋白 GPⅠ_b和 GPⅢa 的单克隆抗体的 PAP 免疫组织化学技术,并首次对该技术在法医学中的应用进行了初步探讨。     

澳大利亚ADR的发展与启示(上)

ADR是澳大利亚纠纷解决的重要机制之一。以行业、社区为基础的ADR以及司法ADR的发达是澳大利亚ADR的两大特征。诉讼理念的转变、诉讼程序的改革与案件管理制度促进了澳大利亚ADR的发展。在ADR与诉讼机制的协调以及对ADR的规范化方面,澳大利亚有值得我国借鉴之处。     

关于公安院校开设《中国近现代史纲要》课程的思考

历史课是在学校开始较早，也是开设时间较长的一门课程。通过中学历史与高校历史课程的对比分析，表明在不同阶段开设历史课程对学生的影响是有所侧重的，其指导意义是有所区别的。《中国近代史纲要》是高校思想政治理论课程之一，结合“政治建警、政治建校”的理念，从思想政治教育角度阐述了开设此门课的必要性和重要性。     

改革开放以来我国多党合作制度的理论发展

改革开放以来的30年，是世界政党政治深刻变化，剧烈激荡的30年。改革开放后，我国的经济形态和社会结构发生了深刻变化，但共产党领导下的多党合作制度也得到不断巩固和完善，在世界政党政治发展中占有重要地位。本文梳理了改革开放以来我国多党合作制度理论的发展，以期反映30年来我国政党制度和民主政治的发展脉络。

期待可能性具有以相对自由意志为核心、符合刑法人道性和刑法谦抑性等理论价值.鉴于我国的刑法理论框架和体系,该理论的植入尚存在难以回避的法律障碍和理论困境,通过借鉴期待可能性理论的合理内核和精神实质,丰富和完善我国刑法理论以及刑事立法和司法活动.     

Politiques publiques d'innovation régionale et compétitivité mondiale : une étude comparée Québec-Wallonie

Abstract: The objective of this article is to analyse public initiatives to stimulate regional innovation in Walloon region in Belgium and in the Province of Quebec. The empirical analysis relies on the competitive poles program in Walloon and on the ACCORD project (Action Concertée de Coopération Régionale de Développement) in Quebec. The comparison will allow discussing the implementation and regional embedding of these programs and will reveal the similarities and the differences between the structure, the organization and the deployment of these strategies in the various regions targeted.     

Plural institutionalism and the emergence of intellectual public spaces in contemporary China: Four relational patterns and four organizational forms

This article discusses the relationship between intellectuals and the party‐state in 1980s China. By drawing insights from the new institutionalism, the author proposes a new theoretical model, which is called ‘plural institutionalism’, as an alternative to the conceptual schema of ‘civil society against the state’ currently prevalent in the related literature. To examine the explanative power of the new model, an empirical study of the activities of four groups, which represented the four organizational forms of Chinese intellectual public spaces in the 1980s, is presented. The shaping influence of historically evolving institutional configuration upon different actors’ political preferences is highlighted to explain the diversity of the relational patterns between intellectuals and the party‐state. In the final part, the analysis centers on the institutional channels that linked intellectuals and students, and reveals the role of the institutional factors in shaping intellectuals’ political preferences, choices, and actions in the Tiananmen Movement of 1989, giving an explanation of why Chinese intellectuals failed to prevent the student's movement from its tragic radicalization.     

浅论新时期工会干部素质的新要求

一、工会干部素质提升的必然性和紧迫性 1、工会工作环境的变化 经济全球化、政治多极化、文化多样化、信息网络化带来的变化是对工会工作的考验。经济全球化条件下，中国的前途命运日益紧密地同世界的前途命运联系在一起；政治多极化条件下，国际关系日趋复杂多变，我国的对外开放度不断提高，对不同国家制度、社会生活的实地了解和亲身体验，使得人们的政治态度不断分化；而文化多样化条件下，国内外各种文化思潮相互激荡，原有的价值标准受到挑战。     

跨国公司投资中的环境法律责任探析——以解决对东道国的损害问题为视角

目前，国际环境法对跨国公司的控制都偏“软”，不能起到有效作用。不过，现已出现了一些有希望的原则，包括公布有关有毒排放物数据的义务、在行为开始之前进行环境影响评估研究以及母公司对其子公司环境危害行为应负责任等。为了确保外国投资与东道国的可持续发展目标不相背离，应进一步完善国际环境法，使其更好地控制外国投资，以便促进东道国的可持续发展。
