创新活动与导师制相结合 提高本科毕业设计整体水平

人才培养是高等学校的根本任务，毕业设计又是检验这一任务完成效果的试金石。本文提出了一种创新活动与本科生导师制相结合的新型培养模式，论证了该模式在提高本科教学水平与毕业设计水平的必要性和可行性，分析了该模式对促进学生个性发展与科研综合能力的共同发展、营造一个有益于学生成长的学习氛围的积极作用。

ACCORDING to monitoring by environmental departments, over half of China＇s seven major river systems are polluted, 90 percent of the country＇s urban water areas are heavily contaminated, the quality of 50 percent of urban water sources falls below the national standard for drinking water, and 40 percent of all water sources in the nation are not potable. Drinking water safety in China is severely compromised and new hopes are riding on cross-Strait exchanges that will initiate mainland cooperation with Taiwan on remedies and recovery of water sources that both seek to protect.     

韩国的石油进口、实际汇率与内生经济增长

本研究建立了包括人均实际GDP、原油与成品油的实际价格和进口量以及韩元实际汇率的多变量模型,检验能源约束是否会通过内生技术进步机制影响韩国的经济增长。运用1970～2008年年度数据进行的Johansen协整关系检验发现模型中的变量存在协整关系。Granger非因果关系检验进一步显示:原油进口价格对韩国经济的短期效应为负但长期效应为正,原油进口量的短期效应不显著但长期效应为正,而成品油进口价格和进口量的效应与之完全相反,为能源冲击会在长期促进资源匮乏国家内生经济增长的假说提供了经验性证据。

Brains Unchain Chinese Education Devolves to Evolve

BY 2020, the number of people holding accreditations of higher education in China will reach 200 million. Astounding as the figure is, most Chinese higher education institutions （HEIs） are still puzzled by a question that was first raised to Premier Wen Jiabao by famous Chinese scientist Qian Xuesen - why can＇t we cultivate top-notch talent？ So far no university in China＇s mainland has been included in the Top 200 Academic Rankings of World Universities. Though the country has the largest number of college graduates and postgraduates, it hasn＇t yet produced one Nobel Prize laureate.
