试论商业银行能否利用帐户单方面行使抵销权

银行与银行建立帐户的客户之间的法律关系从性质上看主要是一种借贷合同关系,因此,当客户同时又是银行的借款人时,如果符合合同法上抵销的条件,银行可以单方面行使抵销权,这对保护商业银行的贷款债权尤有重要意义.     

滋肾活血解毒方对慢性肾衰竭大鼠肾内皮素基因表达的影响

目的 :观察滋肾活血解毒方对慢性肾衰竭 (CRF)大鼠残肾组织中ET 1mRNA的影响。方法 :采用 5/ 6肾切除法复制大鼠CRF模型 ,将 50只Wistar大鼠随机分成对照组、保肾康组、洛汀新组、滋肾活血解毒方组 (观察组 )、正常组 ,用RT PCR技术检测各组大鼠残肾组织中ET 1mRNA表达水平。结果 :正常组肾组织中ET 1mRNA表达最弱 (P <0 .0 1) ,对照组肾组织中ET 1mRNA表达最明显 (P <0 .0 1) ,观察组肾组织中ET 1mRNA表达较保肾康组及洛汀新组有明显下降 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :滋肾活血解毒方可能是通过下调肾脏组织中ET 1mRNA表达水平而改善CRF大鼠肾功能。

改进与加强思想政治工作,必须找到问题的症结所在.当前急需解决的问题一是建立一支高素质的专业政工队伍;二是把思想政治工作的着力点放到社区,三是解决群众普遍关心的党风廉政建设问题,根除腐败,保持政治的清廉与公平.     

沂蒙黑山羊发情周期中输卵管促性腺激素受体基因的表达差异研究

采用RT-PCR方法,以持家基因GAPDH为内参,研究沂蒙黑山羊发情周期中卵泡刺激素受体(FSHR)mRNA和黄体生成素受体(LHR)mRNA在输卵管中的表达差异。结果表明,发情周期中促性腺激素受体mRNA在输卵管中都有表达。漏斗部FSHR mRNA在间情期的表达量最高,发情期表达量最低,且发情期与其他3个时期差异极显著(P<0.01)。壶腹部在间情期的表达量最高,发情前期表达量最低,间情期与其他时期差异极显著(P<0.01)。在峡部则是发情后期表达量最高,发情前期最低,发情前期与其他3个时期差异极显著(P<0.01)。LHR mRNA表达量与FSHR mRNA呈相反规律,以发情期漏斗部相对表达量最高,与其他部位差异极显著(P<0.01)。研究结果显示,发情周期中促性腺激素受体基因在输卵管中呈规律性的动态变化。表明,在动物排卵、受精及早期胚胎发育过程中促性腺激素受体mRNA起着一定的调节作用。     

三株鸡马立克氏病病毒流行毒株基因组重复区的序列测定及分析

对国内3株马立克氏病病毒血清1型(Marek’s disease virus type 1,MDV-1)流行毒株的基因组重复区进行序列测定及分析,并与GenBank中登录的MDV-1参考毒株序列进行比较。结果显示,3株毒株的基因组重复区序列具有较高同源性,在进化上属于一独立分支。3株毒株的长重复区长度约为12kb,预测的开放阅读框(ORF)分别为43、40、43个;短重复区约为12kb,预测的ORF分别为27、25、26个。3株毒株的多个ORF中存在它们特有的共性氨基酸突变,是国内MDV-1流行毒株的特有的遗传性特征。该研究为我国MDV的流行、遗传变异及防控研究提供了材料。
