后危机时代中国经济安全受到严峻挑战。经济安全主要包括金融安全、产业与贸易安全、战略资源安全和信息安全。在金融安全方面,金融监管体制的相对滞后,金融开放和金融全球化程度的提高对我国金融安全构成直接或间接的威胁。而产业与贸易安全方面,外商直接投资对我国产业发展带来一定冲击,较高的外贸依存度降低了我国经济抵御外部风险的能力。战略资源安全主要集中在石油安全和粮食安全上。我国的信息安全也面临着巨大的挑战。要使我国经济安全得到保障,应尽快培育和树立经济安全意识,制定国家经济安全整体战略;要建立经济安全的预警防范机制和风险释放机制;要把握对外开放的主动权积极参与多边合作。     

The Art of Bricks and Tile Ends

THE Qin Dynasty （221-206 B.C.） had four imperial polymath councilors who were highly revered by the imperial court for their intelligence and resourcefulness. Since they would not go along with Emperor Qinshihuang＇s tyranny, they re- signed together and lived a secluded life on Shangluo Mountain （Shang Moun-tain）. The hair on all their heads turned white-gray, earning them the collective epithet the ＂Four White-haired Hermits.＂     

World Cultural Heritage Site：Shuanglin Temple

QIAOTOU is an ancient village in Pingyao, Shanxi Province, that is home to both men and gods. Its 2,000 villagers live in a walled compound accessed by four gates, while more than 2,000 deities and immortals occupy the Shuanglin Temple, located in the village center.     

Ink with Feeling

IN the early 1980s, China issued a set of 16 stamps in commemoration of the artist Qi Baishi （1863- 1957）. Each featured a work by the great ink and wash master. The image on stamp number five was created in 1957, inspired by a line from an ancient poem： ＂Frogs are heard in a mountain brook miles away.＂ The story of how this work came about reveals much about the philosophy behind traditional Chinese painting.

歇后语是俗语的一种。纂辑于唐宋明清时期的《杂纂七种》中的歇后语,有许多属于法律范畴或与法律相关的内容,涉及到刑事法、民事法、诉讼法、行政法等对应于现代法律部门的各色法律现象,反映了当时人对法律及其运行状况的体验和认识。歇后语中涉及法律事务的,多是引子,有时注释也涉法。歇后语反映当时社会的主流法律意识和观念倾向,尽管它对某些法律现象的反映有滞后性,个别歇后语也有不精确的情况存在。
