探索人类文化：从“非我”反观“自我”——谈人类学研究对民族法学研究的启示

人类学作为一门研究人的体质、研究人的物质和非物质的创造物及其特征--文化的学科,它对人最初始的生活世界产生浓厚的兴趣,且期待在人类的自然属性和文化创造两方面客观真切地了解人,实证地探讨人类的由来、现状及其演进的趋势,促进人类理解、交流和合作.民族法学研究者有必要认识和运用什么是人类学,因为民族法学与人类学二者的研究范围有重叠和交叉之处,尤其是人类学特有的学术态度、观察视角、研究方法和价值取向皆可为民族法学提供参照和借鉴,从而促使民族法学准确地进行学术定位.     

Farmer Associations and Rural Development in Taiwan

This paper explores a unique Public-Private Partnership （PPP） formed by the government and Taiwanese Farmer Associations. Particularly, it will investigate a pattern of the PPP that has successfully promoted rural development and agricultural modernization in Taiwan since the 1950s. TFA＇s （Taiwanese Farmer Associations） establishment inherently came from Japanese Cooperatives before World War II. The Performances of those farmer organizations are combinations of economic, social, and educational synergies. The rural development experiences in Taiwan demonstrate that success of rural modernization is carried out by a special PPP. First, this paper discusses the establishment and development of farmer cooperative organizations in East Asian societies. Particularly, it focuses on collaborative mold and process in which both the government and TFA have been extensively involved. A specific cooperative apparatus between the government and TFA functioning and operating as a perfect PPP has been formed under administrative guidance of the state. Thirdly, this paper looks at input and various supports in financial and policy perspectives by the public sector. Fourthly, the paper discusses legal framework, administrative apparatus, and governance pattern for TFA. Fifthly, the significant findings of paper illustrate that a specific PPP successfully involving in rural modernization in Taiwan is derived from the state＇ guidance that properly regulates a collaboration between the government and TFA. The so-called East Asian model of PPP, as revealing in agricultural modernization and rural community development in Taiwan, may become valuable experiences for most of developing countries.     

Productivity growth of East Asia economies' manufacturing: A decomposition analysis

Applying a stochastic production frontier to sector-level data within manufacturing, this paper examines total factor productivity (TFP) growth for seven East Asian economies during 1963–98, using both single country and cross-country regressions. The analysis focuses on the trend in technological progress (TP) and technical efficiency change (TEC), and the role of productivity change in economic growth. The empirical results reveal that although input factor accumulation is still the main source for East Asian economies' growth, TFP growth is accounting for an increasing and important proportion of output growth, among which the improved TEC plays a crucial role in productivity growth.

The impact of local linkages, international linkages, and absorptive capacity on innovation for foreign firms operating in an emerging economy

This study analyzes the impact of local linkages, international linkages, and absorptive capacity on firm innovation for firms based in one emerging economy while operating in another emerging economy. Testing research hypotheses derived from the institutional and organizational learning perspectives on a sample of 102 Taiwanese manufacturing firms operating in China, we find that the impact of international linkages is greater than that of local linkages, while both local and international linkages have a positive impact on innovation. Further analysis confirms that absorptive capacity has a stronger moderating effect on the relationship between local linkages and innovation than it does on the relationship between international linkages and innovation.     

鸦片战争后福建海洋航运业的变化

鸦片战争后,西方航运业侵入福建,压倒了福建传统的航运业,不仅垄断了福建的远洋航运业,而且还控制了沿海航运。尽管旧式的帆船业出现了凋零,但是福建的海洋航运业并未因此消亡,新的民族轮船航运业应运而生,顽强地生存、发展。     

直接同步扩增5种基因位点

来用直接同步ＰＣＲ扩增５种基因位点及反向打点杂交技术，使扩增产物ＤＮＡ与膜探针条杂交。再通过酶联底物显色反应对ＬＤＬＲ、ＧＹＰＡ、Ｄ７Ｓ８、Ｇｃ和ＨＢＧＧ进行联合分型。该方法特别适用于微量、陈旧或降解的ＤＮＡ样本，其操作简便、迅速，应用在亲子鉴定案例，亲子关系概率高达９９．７５％。该技术在法医学、遗传学及临床诊断中具有重要价值，并将改变ＤＮＡ分型技术难于标准化的局面．     

我国农户小额贷款发展问题及对策研究

农户小额贷款作为农村金融的重要组成部分,其能否有效运行在一定程度上影响了农村金融对“三农”的支持力度.本文结合我国的实际情况,从制度和政策支持、增加农户小额贷款资金供给、优化农村金融环境、完善农户小额贷款担保体系等方面提出解决我国农户小额贷款问题的对策和建议.     

略论抗战时期各根据地的农村文化建设

抗日战争时期,随着各根据地的建立,农村的文化建设和发展成为各根据地巩固和发展的重要课题。各根据地的农村文化,以民主和抗日为主题,适应了全国占主导地位的抗战文化。抗战时期的各根据地农村文化建设,对打败日本侵略者、解放中华民族发挥了积极的作用,对当今社会主义新农村建设具有借鉴意义。     

两岸社会统合趋势下台湾民众政治认同问题的思考

随着两岸关系步入和平发展轨道,两岸社会统合的发展趋势逐渐明朗。然而,在此过程中台湾民众政治认同走向却呈现复杂的变化。考察台湾民众政治认同的转变,可以从更大的范围入手。除了在政治层面透析台湾民众政治认同转变之外,也应在社会层面洞察影响台湾民众政治认同转变的社会心理背景。同时,透过政治的、历史的、文化的、社会的乃至心理的分析视角,全面把握台湾民众政治认同转变的多维脉络,从而寻找解决问题的可能路径。建设两岸命运共同体作为解决台湾民众政治认同问题的必由之路,除了在政治层面着手之外,也应从社会心理的发生机制出发,通过调动社会、文化、历史层面的各种积极要素的全方位支持,达到预期目标。
