中韩民族文化对员工行为模式影响的研究——基于大连中韩合资企业的调查

民族文化对该民族成员行为模式产生影响。本文通过对中韩合资企业员工民族文化的调查,发现其民族文化不尽相同,从而使两国员工表现出不同的行为模式,这对中韩合资企业生产经营活动产生某些影响。本文基于两国员工民族文化及受其影响的行为模式,探讨中韩合资企业管理方法选择问题。

囚在富士康——富士康准军事化工厂体制调查报告

富士康准军事化的工厂管理体制其本质是劳动的严重异化,本文以马克思主义的劳动价值观为理论视角,根据第一手实证资料调查研究了富士康的生产管理体制,发现它与马克思对早期资本主义原始积累的观察是一致的,其绝对剩余价值的生产同样是通过延长劳动时间、克扣工人工资以及制造各种形态的血汗劳动来实现的。富士康工人感觉工厂像监狱,其原因在于富士康着力打造了一个以绝对服从和惩罚性的制度为特征的法家式兵营社会。     

潘平格"致知格物"的经世实学思想

潘平格人生哲学的宗旨是"求仁",他对孔子的"仁"作了新解,由"泛爱众"推广到了爱天地万物。提出了"浑然天地万物一体即是仁"、致知格物、笃志力行为主要内容的"求仁"学说,是当时独树一帜的经世实学思想。他认为人们只有而且应当通过在人伦日用中的主观努力来实现自己这种"求仁"的本性,从而创造出人人饱暖、家家团聚的和谐的理想社会。同时,他对宋明理学中最关键的概念"格物"进行了全新的诠释,提出"物"是身家国天下,"格"是功及百姓,"格物"是贯修身齐家治国平天下为一事。因此,他提出了"笃志力行"的道德实践论。在他看来,不仅孔子、孟子,就是一般老百姓也可以成为圣人。这种圣凡等价的价值取向,是对中国封建社会关于人的等级价值观的否定。

<保护和促进文化表现形式多样性公约>的出台与生效可以说是人类进入21世纪以后,国际关系史和国际法体系方面的一个重大事件,该公约为国际社会解决文化与贸易的冲突提供了一个有力的WTO体制外工具,其工具性更多地体现在,如何将其对于文化多样性作为全球价值的肯定以及缔约国实施国内文化政策措施权利的规定融入到WTO自由贸易体制之内,通过文化贸易争端的合理解决真正建立全球文化促进机制.     

Cultivating Dialogue: From Fragmentation to Relationality in Conflict Interaction

This article builds on the tendency in recent decades in the field of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) to analyze conflict and its transformation from a relational perspective. It surveys developments in twentieth‐century philosophy that support the ongoing quest to explore the self in ADR from a relational perspective. It then shows how the concept of dialogue provides a framework for understanding conflict transformation from a relational perspective, by exploring the relational foundations of dialogue. It also draws a connection between the growing use of mindfulness practices in conflict settings and the practice of dialogue, suggesting that Buddhist philosophy and practices can help cultivate relational awareness and dialogue. The article therefore suggests that incorporating dialogue and exploring its relational characteristics can assist ADR scholars and practitioners to develop further practices that can promote collaboration by shifting disputants from adversarial and fragmented orientations to more relational mindsets.     

Expressions of IL -1α, IL -1β and IL -13 mRNA in Lung Tissue and Serum of Rats Drown in Fresh WaterCSCD

Objective: To detect the changes of (interleukin, IL)-1α, IL-1βand IL-13 mRNA in lung tissue and serum of drown rats, and to explore the potential value for the diagnosis of drowning in forensic practice. Methods: Eighteen SD rats were randomly divided into drowning group, blank control group and myocardial infarction group (as control group). The serum of right ventricular, the inferior lobe of right lung and the myocardium were taken from the rats in different groups. The expressions of IL- 1α, IL-1βand IL-13 mRNA in the lung tissue and the serum of right ventricular were detected by TaqMan probe method. Results: The expression differences of IL-1α, IL-1βand IL-13 mRNA in lung tissue between drowning group and blank control group, myocardial infarction group were not statistically significant (P>0.05). The expression of IL-1βand IL-13 mRNA in serum of right ventricular increased (P<0.05). The expression differences of IL-1α, IL-1βand IL-13 mRNA in serum between blank control group and myocardial infarction group were not statistically significant (P>0.05). Conclusion: The changes of cytokines IL-1βand IL-13 mRNA in the serum of right ventricular of drown rats are statistical significance, which are highly correlated with drowning. © 2018 by the Editorial Department of Journal of Forensic Medicine.
