我国产业结构调整和区域转移对就业的影响

进入21世纪以来,中国沿海地区提出了产业升级转型和转移的要求,部分产业搬迁转移到内地,由此拉开了全球范围内的第四次产业大转移。通过计量研究发现,我国产业调整和转移对就业的影响总体上是正向的,有利于就业增长,应该继续深化产业的转型升级。其中产业结构调整对就业的正向效应最大,产业转移对中部地区就业有较大帮助,而对其他区域就业规模未产生显著影响。今后,应实施就业优先的产业转型升级策略,将产业转型升级与开发就业岗位结合起来,加强产业转移承接地的配套产业发展,预防产业转型升级对就业造成的消极影响。     

丹皮炭炮制工艺及质量标准研究

采用正交试验法,对丹皮炭的炮制工艺进行优选。结果表明,丹皮炭的最佳炮制工艺为２５０℃,炒制１０ｍｉｎ,该炮制品的多种微量元素含量明显升高。
