西南服务团八千里挺进大西南

在全中国即将解放的军事政治的历史语境下,大西南新解放区的政权接管工作面临严重的干部不足的问题。于是,在党中央的号召和时代的感召下,北方各老解放区尤其是华东局抽调的干部与上海、南京、苏州等地各大中专院校的青年学生和技术人员,积极响应党中央毛主席的“打到南方去,解放全中国”、“将革命进行到底”的伟大号召,纷纷踊跃报名,参加了中国人民解放军西南服务团。这支部队直属于中国人民解放军第二野战军政治部,由邓小平政委领导,为解放、接管和建设大西南服务。     

Mapping the evolution and transformation of the new private entrepreneurs in China

Given the fact that the new private entrepreneurs (NPEs) are playing an increasingly important role in Chinese politics and economy, this article maps the historical evolution of the NPEs through analyzing five main private business groups, including small individual businessmen, price speculators, land speculators, enterprise investors and high-tech investors. The article also examines six major ways that the NPEs have sought to protect their private property and improve their moral reputation, ranging from obtaining the Communist Party membership, congressional seat and an official position within a government branch, to relying on the law, participating in the local election process, and contributing to charitable causes. In so doing, they have increased their influence in the Chinese political, social, and economic spheres. His research fields include China reform, economic history, and US-China relations. He has published and edited six books and more than 60 research articles. The earlier version of the paper was presented at the 56th Annual Meeting of the Association for Asian Studies (AAS), San Diego, March 6, 2004. 体位性窒息对脑血管损伤的实验观察

目的 观察体位性窒息对脑血管损伤的影响。方法 家兔20只,致其中10只体位性窒息,另10只断颈处死进行对照。用兔抗人白蛋白抗体和兔抗人(von Willebrand Factor,vWF)抗体进行LSAB免疫组化法显色。结果抗人白蛋白抗体及抗人vWW、检测均显示出阳性;对照组显示不明显。秩和检验显示,两组间具有显著性差异。结论　在体位性窒息时,呼吸障碍所引起的缺氧,可损害脑血管的正常结构。     

Textual Information in Management Earnings Forecast，Language Features and Market Responses

Based on corporate behavioral finance theory, this paper studies the impact of textual information of management earning forecast and its language characteristics on market response. Using the data of listed company from 2012 to 2016, this paper finds that the optimism of textual information has a positive effect on stock returns. However, this effect is affected by the language features of textual information, more specifically, the market response toward textual information is weakening with the exaggeration or bias of language. This phenomenon indicates the effectiveness of the China capital market. This paper extends the research area of textual information and management earning forecast, and provides new evidences to corporate behavioral finance theory.

论我国农村人口流动对农村基层民主建设的影响

我国是一个农业大国,要建设好我国社会主义新农村,全面推进小康社会进一步发展,加快我国农村基层民主建设的重要性已日益凸现.自1978年以来,改革开放以来,随着市场经济的发展,农村剩余劳动力开始在全国范围内广泛地流动.农村人口流动的特点主要呈现在五个方面:流动的区域和规模越来越大.由间歇性流动转向长期性流动,自发性盲目流动为主,不发达地区向发达地区流动.农村人口的流动,加速了我国社会主义现代化建设的步伐,同时也给我国基层民主建设带来了深远的影响.     

我国行政立法发展成就综述

改革开放三十年来,我国行政法的发展取得了巨大的成就,逐步形成了以《行政诉讼法》等11部基本行政法律为主要架构的行政法律体系。本文以11部基本行政法律立法的先后次序为线索,对我国改革开放以来行政立法的发展成就进行了回顾,以期我们能对其中的立法经验加以总结。     

农民权益保护视野下我国农业投资长效机制研究

从利益分配、利益代表和利益表达三个层面对我国农业投资的现状进行解析，得出我国农业投资运行过程中存在的缺陷。基于国家利益协调和农民利益产生的角度对构建我国农业投资长效机制的必要性进行分析。提出建立“三位一体”的农业投资法律规范体系和“二加一”模式的农业投资规制组织体系，在制度和组织层面共同规制农业投资。为实现农业投资长效机制，促进农民权益保护和农业生产发展提出具体建议。
