质疑诸葛亮"借刀"杀关羽

不要把<三国演义>当作史书,如诸葛亮是"军师",掌管调遣军队大权,和刘备命令关羽北征而不发援兵,都是小说家语.诸葛亮在刘备生前没有直接指挥大战役,主职是行政管理和"足食足兵"的后勤.他没有权力"借刀",也不可能因"借刀"丢掉荆州,舍本求末.关羽北征,是因为中原内乱平定后,曹兵屯襄樊要南征,才出征,尔后获胜而未撤回;如他用人适当,吴人是难以偷袭成功的.关羽是镇守荆州最佳人选.刘备原以为关羽军力雄厚,又有上庸军相援,又因将士连年征战和安定两川、建制称王等因,故未及驰援.     

朝核危机的外因探析

朝核危机的爆发有重要的外因,主要表现为核武器作为现代武器中的"杀手锏"具有多重效用,对于核国家有吸引力;美国的半鸟政策造成了朝鲜的安全困境;美国目前的核策略和不合理的国际核不扩散体制对核武器的扩散产生了消极影响。因此,美国在朝核危机上负有不可推卸的责任。     

关于青少年思想道德教育状况的调查报告

社会与青少年对思想道德教育的必要性高度肯定,但是对此工作的现状不满意."两课"对青少年影响力小,原因在于内容不吸引学生,枯燥无味,教师与学生都把它当作纯知识课对待,以及一部分领导不重视思想政治工作与思想道德教育本身有不够科学的地方.     

The Taiwan Issue: Does China Have a Strategy?

China is applying a five-track strategy towards Taiwan. This strategy gives China more confidence that time is on its side in regard to the Taiwan issue, and decreases the likelihood of the use of force. For China, the decision not to use force is based on this strategy as well as on its unswerving commitment to economic modernisation at home. China's military modernisation is aimed less at occupying Taiwan than at deterring its creeping independence. For the near future, putting aside extreme situations such as a large-scale economic disaster or a domination of policymaking by internal politics rather than rational strategic thinking, China is unlikely to invade Taiwan.     

实行国民待遇原则完善我国涉外投资立法

<正> 为了适应“公平、公正、公开”的市场机制要求,也是为了适应当前国际经济发展的总趋势,中共中央在1993年底明确提出要创造条件对外商投资企业实行国民待遇。1995年12月中共中央和国务院召开的中央经济工作会议强调要“积极与国际通行规则相衔接,逐步对外商投资企业实行国民待遇。”我国较完整的多层次的涉外投资法体系,为我国积极、合理有效地吸引外商投资提供了可靠的法律依据和保障;但与此同时,我国的外商投资法律环境也有不少问题有待完善,其中外商投资待遇问题一直是国际投资领域的核心问题,国民待遇问题尤其受到人们的关注。本文将以实行国民待遇中的几个问题来探讨我国涉外投资立法的改革。     

惯性政治的运作逻辑

中国的政治发展沿着一种"惯性"的运作逻辑,即当原有的政治体制已不能适应发展需要时,由于制度的上层存在着维持现有制度的动机,加之在该体制下的人们已习惯于它所提供的秩序,使其不会立即消亡或被新的体制所取代,而是延续着原有的运作轨迹.本文将物理学中的"惯性"概念引入政治学分析中,尝试用"惯性政治"来解读中国政治发展中的一些现象.

Talking up China: An analysis of China’s rising cultural power and global promotion of the Chinese language

This essay focuses on the remarkable rise of China from a veritable hermit state in the 1960s to a cultural lodestone in the early 21st century. We explore the country's growing cultural power and the implications of the PRC's increasing promotion of the Chinese language as a global idiom. Our findings suggest that while China faces significant internal and external barriers to fully achieving its potential as a global cultural power, recent efforts by Beijing to promote the Chinese language and Mandarin's increasing utility as a lingua franca for trade have significantly increased the resonance of Chinese culture abroad, especially in the Pacific rim. With this increase in cultural influence beyond its borders, we argue that China's “soft power” is also in ascendancy.     

Analysis of Forensic Autopsy in 120 Cases of Medical Disputes Among Different Levels of Institutional Settings

Despite advances in medical science, the causes of death can sometimes only be determined by pathologists after a complete autopsy. Few studies have investigated the importance of forensic autopsy in medically disputed cases among different levels of institutional settings. Our study aimed to analyze forensic autopsy in 120 cases of medical disputes among five levels of institutional settings between 2001 and 2012 in Wenzhou, China. The results showed an overall concordance rate of 55%. Of the 39% of clinically missed diagnosis, cardiovascular pathology comprises 55.32%, while respiratory pathology accounts for the remaining 44. 68%. Factors that increase the likelihood of missed diagnoses were private clinics, community settings, and county hospitals. These results support that autopsy remains an important tool in establishing causes of death in medically disputed case, which may directly determine or exclude the fault of medical care and therefore in helping in resolving these cases.
