陈云与十一届三中全会

1978年12月召开的党的十一届三中全会，是建国以来党的历史上具有深远意义的伟大转折。党的十一届三中全会开始了党在思想、政治、组织等领域的全面拨乱反正，实现了党的工作重点的转移，揭开了改革开放的序幕，开辟了中国特色的社会主义道路，标志中国从此进入社会主义事业发展的新时期。正如陈云所言，十一届三中全会是“社会主义时期的遵义会议”。对于这次会议的成功召开，陈云发挥了重要作用。     

改革开放后首次华北大军演内幕

建国以来，中国人民解放军曾经举行过若干次规模较大的军事演习。1955年，叶剑英元帅主持了有5万人参加的辽东半岛抗登陆演习。1959年南京军区在杭州湾穿山半岛举行了加强步兵师登陆对筑垒防御之敌进攻的示范性战术演习，参加部队2万多人。1973年，北京军区举行了打击敌集群坦克的军事演习，参战部队2万多人。1981年9月，也就是改革开放政策实施的第三年，在华北某地，     

Diagnosis of non-typical myocarditis by applying immunohistochemical method of CD68

OBJECTIVE: To make a distinction between myocarditis and the reaction to some pathological state of myocardium. METHODS: Myocardium of 26 cases with sudden cardiac death were stained and LM light microscopies with immunohistochemical method 10 cases with normal myocardium were contrasted. RESULTS: A great deal of stained positive monocyte of immunohistochemistry emerged in the parasetions of myocarditis patients with various farms and stacking(> 15). CONCLUSION: The stain of immunohistochemistry can be used as one of the indications for diagnosing non-typical myocarditis.     

校企合作 培养高素质应用型、技能型人才

本文从高职高专学生就业中存在的问题入手,讨论了为培养更多的高素质应用型、技能型人才,应该建立校企合作共同发展机制,建立稳定的校外实习基地,以就业为导向,进行专业改革和课程体系的建设,推广"双证书"制度,强化学生职业能力的培养,拓宽学生就业渠道,提高教师队伍建设,最后探讨了校企合作当前存在的问题及对策.     

Species identification of some common necrophagous flies in Guangdong province, southern China based on the rDNA internal transcribed spacer 2 (ITS2)

Despite the fact that the differences in epidermal ridge density between men and women have been accepted for some time, they have only been thoroughly demonstrated in a small number of populations. The aim of this study is to determine whether such differences exist in a sample of the Spanish population by counting epidermal ridges within three well-defined fingerprint areas. If significant gender differences do exist, then the likelihood of inferring gender from given ridge densities will be explored. The data used in this study was obtained from all 10 fingerprints of 200 individuals of the Spanish Caucasian population (100 males and 100 females) between the ages of 20 and 30. Results show that women tend to have a significantly higher ridge density than men in the distal region of all 10 fingers (radial and ulnar count areas), but not in the proximal region (lower count area). The application of Bayes' theorem, assuming that prior probabilities known for each sex, indicate a threshold for discrimination of sexes.     

法律论证与司法裁判的正当性追求——转型中国语境下的司法裁判困境及其反思

司法裁判的正当性问题及以对话理论为主要内容的法律论证理论,近年来在我国受到学界广泛关注。为增强司法公信力,司法实践对此也作出了应有的回应和探索,重点是强化庭审功能,推行裁判文书改革。尤其强调裁判理由阐释及论证,要求法官必须公开其心证过程。但在中国转型社会的现实语境中,实质公正仍是司法裁判追求的最高目标,法官适用法律存在多重困境,法律论证过程不可避免地遭遇尴尬。司法裁判的正当性追求仍应以实现法律之内的正义为基础,同时应回应立法目的与社会利益。     

专利制度对患者基本权益的影响与削弱

专利制度丰富了医药市场上的产品种类,使一些医药产品以最快的方式更新换代。但同时,由于专利制度在鼓励药品投资上倾向于利益回报,因而也使得药品的研发领域倾向于可获得更大利益的技术,药品的价格也由于其垄断性而居高不下,不当利用发展中国家的传统医药知识并独占技术等,都给发展中国家的医药卫生带来了根本性的影响,使患某些疾病的患者不能获得最基本的药物,甚至失去了原有的医疗方式。     

正清风痛宁关节内注射治疗强直性脊柱炎髋关节病变30例

目的:观察髋关节注射正清风痛宁注射液对强直性脊柱炎髋关节病变的疗效.方法:将2005年3月至2008年3月中国人民解放军广州军区广州总医院中医科门诊和病房治疗的强直性脊柱炎并伴有髋关节病变患者随机分成观察组(30例)和对照组(25例),观察组采用常规药物治疗,并采用正清风痛宁注射液髋关节注射,对照组采用常规药物治疗,比较治疗前和治疗后1个月的目测类比评分(visual analog scale, VAS)、Bath强直性脊柱炎功能指数(Bath ankylosing spondylitis functional index,BASFI)、Bath强直性脊柱炎疾病活动指数(Bath ankylosing spondylitis disease activity index, BASDAI)、血沉(erythrocyte sedimentation rate, ESR)、C反应蛋白(C-reactive protein, CRP).结果:两组患者治疗后VAS、BASFI、BASDAI、ESR和CRP均比治疗前显著降低(P<0.05),而且观察组VAS和BASFI的改善情况显著优于常规药物对照组(P<0.05).结论:常规药物治疗基础上联合应用正清风痛宁注射液治疗AS髋关节病变在改善患者局部疼痛和功能方面明显优于单纯常规药物治疗.     

论命案现场法医会诊制度

命案现场的复杂性和特殊性,要求法医工作者不断提高检验水平。法医会诊是很好的形式。建立规范、完善的法医会诊制度将促进命案的及时侦破,提高命案侦破率,维护社会治安稳定。     

Contextual recipes for adopting private control and trust in public–private partnership governance

In governing public–private partnerships (PPPs), transferring control rights to the private sectors and building trust among partners are recognized as solutions to improve efficiency and adaptability. However, what contexts would fit into the adoption of these solutions remains unclear. Building on the relevant literature on project attributes and project environments, this article divides the context into several crucial factors: asset specificity, project publicness, institutional completeness, market maturity, and regulatory quality. A fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis (fsQCA) was conducted on 1378 PPP projects in developing countries to examine the contexts that support the outcomes of private control and trust. Six causal paths created by a mix of contextual conditions are found to be sufficient for the outcomes, to which certain factors make unique contributions. Knowledge of these paths and context configurations can help to match the context to the considered governance solutions, thereby contributing to successful PPP governance.
