中国共产党公平正义思想研究综述

研究中国共产党的公平正义思想,按照公平原则正确处理和解决影响社会公正的矛盾与问题,对于贯彻科学发展观、构建社会主义和谐社会有着重要的理论价值及实践意义。目前,国内学者对中国共产党公平正义思想的研究表现在围绕经典作家或党的几代领导核心不同历史时期的公平正义理论和实践方面提出了许多有价值的观点,取得了丰硕的理论成果,但在选题角度、研究内容、研究方法、研究视域等方面还存在着一定的问题和不足。     

嫁接与融合:再论托克维尔的政治制度移植思想

托克维尔是19世纪法国著名的政治思想家,其政治制度移植的思想主要蕴涵在《论美国的民主》这部学术经典中。这一思想是他所处时代的政治实践与他个人的政治抱负相结合的产物。在新制度主义政治学看来,托克维尔的政治制度移植思想凸显了移植而来的正式制度与本土非正式制度之间的紧张关系,两者需要持续的融合。这一思想对中国的启示在于在我国政治现代化的过程中要重视政治制度移植的必要性与相容性,正视传统政治文化的历史继承性,促进传统政治文化的创造性转化。
