我国古代廉政措施概览

廉政建设不仅是我国当今法制工作的重点 ,而且也一直是中国古代专制王朝关注的焦点。从奴隶社会到封建社会 ,大多数统治者特别是开国立业之君无不重视整顿吏治 ,倡导廉洁 ,以维护剥削阶级政权的长治久安。本文以中国古代朝政更迭为顺序 ,概述了我国古代的具有典型意义的一些廉政措施的概况。     

Lifestyles/Routine Activities and Bullying among South Korean Youths

Research on bullying has been conducted primarily in the United States and other western cultures, with less attention paid to the magnitude and sources of the problem in eastern cultures. Framed within lifestyle/routine activities theories, we examined a random sample of 3,121 South Korean middle-school students in order to assess the main effects of factors reflecting guardianship, target suitability, and exposure to motivated offenders on a youth’s risk of being bullied by groups of juveniles. Latent growth curve modeling was used to estimate both cross-sectional and longitudinal effects on self-reported victimizations involving “collective” bullying. Findings and their theoretical implications are presented.

1949年11月,民进港九分会会员、著名作家胡明树在广州参加广西工作团到广西工作.他首先在南宁联系了一些文教界无党派爱国人士.1952年1月29日,民进南宁小组成立.6月25日,民进南宁小组改称"民进广西小组",1953年5月,成立民进广西省分会筹委会,杨东莼任筹委会主任委员,胡明树、阳太阳任副主任委员.随后,根据中共省委统战部意见,先后在桂林、南宁、梧州、贵县、容县、玉林、贺县、桂平、河池等市县建立组织.1958年10月16日,民进广西区第一次代表大会召开,大会选举产生了民进广西区第一届委员会,张景宁当选为主任委员,郑建宣当选为副主任委员.民进广西区委会正式成立.当时全区有基层组织41个,会员517人.     

我国公务员道德建设现状调查

公务员应当是道德的先行者,其德行操守对整个社会的精神文明建设起到至关重要的作用。本调查分析了我国公务员道德建设的现状,并提出了相关建议。建议包括:创新道德知识开发方法,加大政府信息公开力度,将平衡记分卡引入道德评价体系等。
