一起医疗执业卫生行政诉讼案例分析

通过对一起未取得《医疗机构执业许可证》擅自开展医疗执业活动的行为实施卫生行政处罚并因此引起行政诉讼案例的分析,探讨卫生行政处罚法律依据的适用,违法事实的认定和程序的合法性,值得借鉴。     

构建领导干部学法用法系统工程

“五五”普法以来，我省始终突出领导干部这个重点，以制度为保障，以学法为关键，以用法为目的，以考核为手段，多措并举，统筹兼顾，不断加强领导干部学法用法工作，有效提升了全省各级领导干部依法执政、依法行政的能力和水平，为全面落实依法治国方略、推进依法治省奠定了坚实基础。我们的具体做法是：
