缓刑制度是集刑罚社会化、个别化、人道化于一体的刑罚制度,符合刑罚价值取向和人类文明进步的潮流,同时也符合我国宽严相济的刑事政策精神,在我国刑罚执行体系中占据重要地位。鉴于刑法的稳定性和社会生活的发展及刑罚价值取向的转变,我国缓刑制度亟待完善。
