Renminbi appreciation and Global Value Chains in China: exploring the linkages

China has experienced a rapid integration into Global Value Chains and a decade long appreciation of its exchange rate. However, these trends have been analysed largely in isolation from each other. In this paper, we explore the linkages between the two based on interviews with a sample of firms in Jiangsu Province. We show (1) how the distribution of the costs and benefits of exchange rate appreciation depends on the power hierarchies between firms in GVCs; (2) how exchange rate changes are important drivers of upgrading and even downgrading in GVCs; and (3) that the firm heterogeneity evident in GVCs provides additional insights into the politics of exchange rate determination in China.

高等教育问责的相关研究渐趋成熟,但仍存有提升空间.通过对CNKI数据库相关研究文献的文献计量分析发现,高等教育问责研究的相关基础理论研究趋于弱化,凸显概念上的不明晰.依照知识理论体系的建构逻辑,高等教育问责的概念应是高等教育问责研究的逻辑起点,只有建基于此基点上的理论体系才具有合法性与合理性,进而为相关研究提供支撑.高等教育问责是一个多维概念,是高等教育机构向利益相关者说明其职责履行状况、并接受监督、质询与判定的过程.高等教育问责的概念主要包括问责主体、问责对象、问责内容、问责方式和问责结果五大要素.

Requests for Environmental Information Disclosure in China: an understanding from legal mobilization and citizen activism

This article analyzes the fairly recent phenomenon of citizens and organizations requesting disclosure of environmental information in China. Chinese citizens and organizations are invoking the new open government information regulations to push government agencies, particularly environmental protection agencies, to fulfill their legal obligation of information disclosure. By requesting that government agencies disclose environmental information, citizens and organizations have turned themselves into active agents pushing forward the implementation of the new regulations. The findings of this article suggest that a bottom-up legal mobilization in the field of environmental information disclosure, though still with a limited scope, has been happening and endeavoring to make social and political changes in China. Furthermore, this legal mobilization can be seen as an important part of emerging civil society activities in contemporary China.     

高频超声检查在周围神经损伤鉴定中的应用价值

目的探讨高频超声检查在周围神经损伤鉴定中应用的价值。方法收集38例锐器伤、钝挫伤、骨折及撞击造成的单侧肢体外伤病例,应用东芝Aplio 500型彩色多普勒超声诊断仪进行高频超声检查,将其特征性表现与30例正常周围神经的高频超声图表现进行对比分析。结果经高频超声检查,确诊38例周围神经损伤中发生于颈部5例、下肢5例,上肢27例(肘部以上3例、以下24例)。损伤类型包括卡压性损伤8例、创伤性神经瘤28例、神经完全断裂2例。特征性表现为:卡压性损伤神经受压处变细,近端神经节段性增粗;创伤性神经瘤与神经干相连的梭形增粗段,增粗段神经外膜的线性强回声中断,内部回声紊乱;神经完全断裂表现为神经外膜强回声线与神经纤维低回声束完全中断,断端两侧均呈梭形瘤样改变。结论高频超声能够明确周围神经损伤类型及发生节段,可为法医学人体损伤程度鉴定提供有价值的参考依据。

大枣在《神农本草经》属上品,味甘平。可安中,养脾,助十二经,平胃气,通九窍,和百药。近年来,对大枣的研究范围广泛,成果卓著。本文就近10年大枣的品种资源、化学成分、药理作用的主要研究进展进行综述,并收集总结了近年来以大枣为主要原料的药品、保健品、食品的研究开发情况等,为相关研究提供近一步参考。
