网络广告定价模式研究

网络广告是当前最具发展势头的广告之一。随着人们对网络广告认识的逐步深化,出现了许多各具特色的网络定价方法。根据网络媒体的特点,从广告对消费者心理和行为影响的整个过程出发,就优化网络广告定价模式的标准化以及网络广告定价模式最优化问题提出一种可能性的解决方案,对于我国网络广告定价模式的标准化问题具有重要的实践意义。

EU Enlargement in the 21st Century： New Stage and Challenges

Internal reform and the external enlargement are two key areas being discussed in EU integration. Since the sudden changes in Eastern Europe after the Cold War more than 20 years ago, the EU has been making tireless efforts on its eastern expansion project. That said, the attempt to include Ukraine as a member state recently triggered chaos in Europe that has not been seen in decades, flaring up a serious struggle between Russia and Western countries. Currently, EU enlargement faces a more complicated situation and is in urgent need of new measures.     

Corruption in social relations: Bribe-taking,corruptibility, and corruption risks

This inquiry aims to investigate how the relational dynamics are imprinted on two critical dimensions of bribe-taking: corruptibility and corruption risks. Two treatments were randomly administered to 1400 subjects: single versus repeated interactions and strangers versus weak ties. The findings suggest that repeated interactions induce bigger bribe sizes, but also increase risks from whistleblowing and internal auditing. Weak ties mitigate bribe-taking willingness. Nevertheless, when coupled with repeated interactions, weak ties suppress the risks from whistleblowing, testifying the bifurcated effects. The tensions between corruptibility and corruption risks suggest that bribe-taking decisions are fraught with internal tensions, with the overall effects likely being a priori determined only in specific contexts. Such tensions are more intensified among true bureaucrats as they tend to claim bigger bribes and report more risks from internal auditing.

Economic integration in Asia and the Pacific region is undergoing significant changes in terms of the number of nations taking part,fields of cooperation,game rules and strategic arrangement."Multi-frameworks and competitive cooperation" have appeared.Asia-Pacific regional economic cooperation platforms and institutions include the ASEAN Free Trade Agreement (AFTA);five "10+ 1" frameworks:ASEAN-China FTA (Free Trade Agreement),ASEAN-Republic of Korea FTA,ASEAN-India FTA,ASEAN-Japan FTA,ASEAN-Australia,ASEAN-New Zealand FTA;"10 + 3" frameworks:East Asia Free Trade Agreement (EAFTA) established through the combination of the three "10 + 1" frameworks (ASEAN-China,ASEAN-Japan and ASEAN-ROK);"10 + 6" (East Asian Summit);and APEC.Some of these institutions have been functioning well,while others,such as the EAFTA,have faltered for various reasons.     

扩大行政诉讼受案范围的路径分析

我国的<行政诉讼法>所确立的受案范围过于狭小,已成为制约我国行政诉讼制度发展的瓶颈.为了使我国的行政诉讼制度更好地满足现实的需要,应当扩大行政诉讼的受案范围.具体路径包括:行政诉讼的审查标准应从"合法"扩展至"合理";行政诉讼应扩展至对抽象行政行为的救济;同时,内部行政行为引发的争议也应纳入司法救济的范畴.
