美国-巴基斯坦十年反恐合作：进程、困境与反思

美巴反恐合作已有十年,两国在反恐合作机制方面既取得了阶段性成果,也存在着许多问题和矛盾。美巴矛盾和基地组织的新特点,不仅加大了今后美巴联合反恐的困难,也很难使美国反恐战争走出＂越反越恐＂的怪圈。在后拉登时代,如果不反思前一阶段的反恐合作,美巴将难以开启未来反恐新局面。

Maybe right now I＇m still on the run and will accomplish little in the immediate future, but many people are willing to help me. I＇m fortunate and grateful because I can do what I have dreamed of. 少数民族地区农村老年人养老意愿分析与政策绩效考察——基于贵州G乡苗族村落的调查数据

在城市化加速发展及人口老龄化加剧的社会形势下,少数民族地区农村老年人的养老问题呈现出了与非民族地区的城市老年人不同的特征。以贵州省G乡的若干苗族村落为例,通过问卷调查数据对苗族地区农村老年人的养老意愿进行分析,结果表明:少数民族地区农村老年人的养老意愿呈现出家庭养老模式为主、社会养老模式为辅、集体养老模式缺失的特征。通过对该地区的老年人养老问题加以分析,提出适合贵州少数民族地区的养老措施。     

A Tragedy of the Nomenklatura? Career incentives,political loyalty and political radicalism during China's Great Leap Forward

We review James Kung and Shuo Chen's study, published in the American Political Science Review, on the causes of China's Great Leap Famine (1959–1961). Kung and Chen explain the variations in provincial leaders' radicalism on the basis of the career incentives facing the provincial First Secretaries. In this article, we question the validity of their basic assumptions and also uncover serious issues with the Kung and Chen dataset. We conclude that their empirical findings were based on faulty foundations. Our alternative hypothesis instead explains the dynamics of political radicalism during the Great Leap Forward in terms of the provincial leaders' political loyalty to Mao. Our findings point to the significance of political networks in influencing the behavior of elites and, by extension, political and socio-economic outcomes.     

略论江泽民关于信息网络管理的思想

中国共产党的适应性与中国传统政治文化的关系探析

中国共产党成立至今经历了与国民党的战争博弈、从革命党到执政党的转型、从领导社会主义建设到改革开放的三次重大转型,每一次转型都是一次适应性的实践,每一次实践都与中国传统政治文化有着密不可分的联系。中国传统政治文化为中国共产党的适应性提供了思想资源,中国共产党的适应性实践则丰富和发展了传统政治文化的思想内容。     

FROM THE COMPARISON BETWEEN KARL MARX AND MARX WEBER TO THE SOLUTION TO HUMAN BEINGS＇ PROBLEMS

Both ＂Marx＂ are in pursuit of rationality of human life. The difference is： Carl Marx was in search of irrationality of capitalism with the weapon of criticism, but also searched the power in reality to criticize capitalism. Marx Weber, in contrast, tried to find the rationality from the inherent spirit of capitalism. But, in contemporary world, both Marx＇s theories encountered great predicament. On the basis of my personal observation and experience, by integrating ancient Oriental wisdom and contemporary biological symbio-genesis findings, the authors propose Chinese Philosophy-＂symbiotic values＂ under the context of global ecology, as a try to solve the new problems.     

从“精确度”到“开放性”——由“完全量化”政绩考核假设引发的思考

目前众多针对政绩考核问题的研究缺乏对其"完全量化"模型基础的分析和批判。"完全量化"政绩考核模型的前提假设是虚假的,因为效率无法代替价值主导公共领域。随着政府职能的日益发展和开放,"完全量化"无法实施。当务之急是构建以"感受"假设为基础的政策评价系统。     

商鞅变法的历史评析及现实反思

商鞅变法是我国历史上最为彻底的改革之一,它适应了时代发展的潮流,使秦国迅速实现富国强兵,秦始皇在统一六国之后,仍然坚定地执行商鞅变法的思想路线。秦亡之后,汉承秦制,商鞅变法的政治思想一直沿用,并发展为中华法律政治文化的主流,对中华民族发展产生了重大影响。从商鞅变法的社会背景、理论渊源、主要内容着手,科学评价并结合当前法治建设的实际进行反思,扬弃并举,传承超越,对于建构中国特色的社会主义法治理论与法律制度仍具有的一定的价值和意义。
