物权法定主义研究

物权法定主义作为物权法的一项基本原则 ,学者们对其褒贬不一。本文在探究其内涵及产生根源的基础上 ,认为物权法定主义并不违背民法的意思自治原则 ,物权法定主义在我国物权立法中应当得到坚定的坚持。
