论我国高校管理理念中四对关系的把握

新形势下的大学管理,应当妥善处理各种矛盾,把握好性恶与性善、行政权力与学术权力、管与不管、科学与艺术四对关系,从而营造和谐的管理体系和人文环境,最终促进大学的健康持续发展。     

The Politics of Poverty Mis-targeting in China

Based upon a county level analysis, this article explores the complex processes of poverty mis-targeting in China and supplements the pre-existing literature with a bottom-up analysis. It argues that the rational calculations of key county leaders, shaped by a combination of formal and informal institutions, determine whether a county, irrespective of poverty level, competes for the title of “state-designated poorest county (SDPC).” This article also demonstrates that the interaction between formal and informal institutions is dynamic and subject to change. For future relevant research, this article suggests to analyze the practice of poverty reduction in a disaggregated manner by examining the interplay within and among different levels of government. 从教育公平的角度看我国公共政策的价值取向

无论是在理论上还是在实践中,我国公共政策都应以公共利益为价值取向。目前我国教育发展不均衡,教育资源配置失衡、重点学校制度、教育政策中的“城市取向”以及教育腐败都严重损害了教育公平。为了促进教育公平,使全体社会成员都能平等地享有受教育的机会,需要对我国教育政策价值取向进行调整,做到公平与效率并重,真正实现我国教育政策的大众取向;做到城市教育反哺农村、均衡分布教育资源以及建立有效的利益平衡机制和转移支付制度等。

阿德勒的个体心理学理论强调个体应在正确理解生活意义的基础上,进行积极的心理补偿,学会合作之道,培养健康的社会兴趣,从而不断超越自我,实现自身和社会的和谐发展.这些理论对大学贫困生的心理脱贫和健全人格的塑造,均有着重要的启示意义.     

“The China problem” in the eyes of the China‐watchers

This research is a survey study of the opinions of one group of China scholars in the U.S.—scholars teaching Chinese politics in American universities—on issues concerning the People's Republic of China. Our findings suggest that despite some new developments in the Sinologist community in the U.S., China scholars continue to favor more generous and more pragmatic approaches toward China. They are more concerned with practical issues such as regional stability and economic ties with China and do not want the U.S. to be highly moralistic in dealing with China.     

China's human rights development in the 1990s

The literature on human rights in China is dominated by incriminating documentation of abuses and a lack of theoretical consensus. But China's continuing economic reform has meant the need for Western industrialized countries to adjust their human rights policies on China. Emerging is the shift from the “sanction/isolation” approach to what some would call “positive engagement,” which is aimed at improving China's human rights situation through more international contact. In China, human rights development in the early 1990s can be characterized by the increasing use of Chinese law, and within that legal limit, a more open exercise of dissent and free speech as a basic human right, together with its adverse consequences.

“控制下交付”已成为国际间和各国侦查毒品犯罪案件的重要方法。只有从毒品犯罪活动情报线索的发现入手 ,树立长期经营的思想 ,加强侦查工作的保密意识、精心设计侦查中的各个环节 ,才能保证成功实现“控制下的交付” ,稳、准、狠地打击毒品犯罪 ,完成禁贩缉毒任务。     

缅甸蒲甘王朝政权与教权(上座部佛教)的关系

缅甸已被公认是上座部佛教在东南亚传播的最早和最重要的基地,上座部佛教在缅甸社会和国家政治生活中起着举足轻重的作用。在古代,上座部佛教一直同王权保持着紧密的联系。政、教关系作为一种重要的政治关系,很大程度上反映着缅甸封建国家的政治发展状况。本文试对缅甸蒲甘王朝时期政权与教权(上座部佛教)之间的关系进行一番分析和探讨,理清其沿革发展的脉络,揭示缅甸蒲甘王朝时期政教关系的特点,为进一步探究缅甸整个封建社会时期的政教关系作些铺垫。
