HPLC测定豨莶片剂中奇壬醇的含量

目的:建立豨莶片剂中奇壬醇的含量测定方法.方法:采用HPLC,色谱条件为:Phenomenex C18柱,乙腈-0.05 mol/L KH2PO4(125∶75)为流动相,流速1.0 ml/min,检测波长215 nm.结果:奇壬醇在0.133～2.660 μg范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 9),平均回收率为99.4%,RSD=2.12%;测定3批豨莶片剂中奇壬醇的含量分别为109.46,105.91,107.41 μg/片.结论:HPLC简便、准确、可控,可作为豨莶片剂的定量检测方法.

Corruption and reform in China: An analysis of unintended consequences

Although market-driven reforms are bringing hope for China's economic development, there has been an increasing visibility of corruption in the reform process. This article examines the relationship between corruption and reform in China by relating the corruption issue to certain reform policies. It finds that corruption results from unintended consequences of some intended reform policies, as these policies aimed at transforming China's socioeconomic structures at the same time inadvertently produce some political and economic conditions conducive to corruption. The unintended consequences are controllable, however, if a balanced reform agenda is developed.

The sexuality of women in physically abusive marriages: A comparative study

This study compared 60 abused women with a demographically matched sample of nonabused women in distressed marriages to examine female sexuality in physically abusive marriages. The total study population consisted of 120 women aged 19-29 years. The sample of abused women was obtained from couples who were enrolled under the Domestic Conflict Containment Program, while the sample of nonabused women was selected from couples who were enrolled in marital group therapy to control for any confounding effects of marital discord and dissatisfaction. With the exception of religion, both groups were equally matched in numbers, but no significant differences were discovered between the two samples on any of the demographic variables. Results of the study showed that physically abused women expressed lower levels of intimacy (p 0.001) and compatibility (p = 0.034) in their marriages than did nonabused women. Lower degrees of sexual assertiveness (p 0.001), sexual arousal (p = 0.026), and a more traditional sex-role ideology (p 0.001) was reported by women in abusive relationships. In addition, abused women reported greater sexual dissatisfaction (p = 0.022), a more negative disposition regarding sex (p = 0.054), and a stronger tendency to avoid sexual activity (p 0.01). Despite these findings, abused women reported a higher frequency of sexual intercourse with their spouses (p 0.001) than women in nonviolent marriages.
