关于劳动者生命道德的思考

劳动者作为社会发展的重要力量,具有生命存在的终极意义及追寻生命价值的本能渴望.但是他们生命的存在以及价值的实现不断面临现实的挑战,敬畏与关爱是对劳动者生命的基本的道德态度,工会在其中可以发挥重要作用.     

社会工作视角下高校辅导员的角色重塑与功能建构

当前深刻的社会变革和高等教育的大众化以及高校辅导员的工作实际状况要求高校辅导员要转变角色定位,向高校社工功能延伸,弥补高校思想政治教育和服务管理的缺位.其有效的路径是:加强高校辅导员职业化、专业化建设,健全和完善高校辅导员制度;培育高校辅导员社会工作价值理念,提高高校辅导员自身的素质和能力,完善其知识结构,掌握学校社会工作的理论、方法和手段,使专业社会工作成为高校学生工作的有机整合体.     

论流域治理中地方政府的行为偏差及其矫治

在行政分包治理体制下,地方政府行为决策须兼顾上级政府满意度、官员个人政绩和区域公共福利等诸多因素,差异化的多元目标导向追成流域治理中地方政府的行为偏差和环境保护政策的边缘化.建立激励约束相融机制,矫治地方政府的行为偏差,是提高流域公共治理效率、促进流域永续发展的现实选择.     

全球多元文化语境中的"和而不同"原则

全球化不是单极化、西方化,不是全球资本主义化.全球化不应该磨灭民族文化的差异.文章试图通过论述全球化与多元化的关系,指出全球化与多元化进程中"文化霸权主义"的危险,阐述中国的"和而不同"原则在全球趋势下的多元文化发展中所发挥的作用,以及美国文化从多元走向一体的过程,通过这两个民族文化的历程给我们的启示,总结出中国的"和而不同"原则是化解异质文化问冲突的良策.     

青年志愿者的行动领域与管理路径——以上海为例

在分析上海市青年志愿者行动现状的基础上,我们对上海市青年志愿者行动进行了反恩,提出青年志愿者行动要处理好政府与社会、大型志愿活动与日常志愿服务、低端服务和高端服务、激励和监督之间的关系。     

进城农民工基本话语权的获得

要解决农民工社会参与的话语权问题,应该重视这些问题:其一,加速提高进城农民工的受教育程度问题;建立健全农民工权益表达的合理程序与渠道问题;舆论应该为农民工的权益表达创造良好氛围问题.这是农民工获得基本话语权的基础工程.     

The Impact of Prenatal Exposure to Power Plant Emissions on Birth Weight: Evidence from a Pennsylvania Power Plant Located Upwind of New Jersey

To examine the infant health impact of prenatal exposure to power plant emissions, we draw scientific evidence on the impacted region downwind of a large polluter, a coal‐fired power plant located on the border of two states and proven to be the sole contributor to the violation of air quality standards of the impacted region. Our results show that among all live singleton births that occurred during 1990 through 2006, those born to mothers living as far as 20 to 30 miles away downwind from the power plant (which is also an affluent region) during pregnancy are at greater risks of low birth weight (LBW) and very low birth weight (VLBW): the likelihoods of LBW and VLBW could increase approximately by 6.50 and 17.12 percent, respectively. In light of the continual efforts of The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency in reducing cross‐state air pollution caused by transboundary power plant emissions, our study is aimed at broadening the scope of cross‐border pollution impact analysis by taking into account adverse infant health effects of upwind polluters, which can impose disproportionate burdens of health risks on downwind states due to air pollutants transported by wind.     

我国台湾地区的刑事搜查制度与借鉴

我国大陆与台湾地区刑事搜查制度各不相同,然而搜查一般都应遵循司法审查、特定性、合理根据、人格权保障等原则。为加强两岸间交流和保护人权,我们可以借鉴台湾地区刑事搜查制度的经验,逐步完善我国的刑事搜查制度。     

拉开城市布局,调整城市结构,建设现代化中心城市——关于进一步调整广州市城市规划布局的思考

改革开放以来 ,随着广州迅速的工业化和城市化进程 ,布局不合理和功能混杂的问题仍相当突出。进入 2 1世纪 ,广州要建设成为现代化的中心城市 ,必须拉开城市布局 ,调整城市结构。     

The Butterfly Effect and the Making of 'Ping-Pong Diplomacy'

With the aid of the 'butterfly effect' theory, this article investigates the role of ordinary individuals, both Chinese and American, in the formulation, implementation and promotion of 'Ping Pong Diplomacy', which brought about the US‐China rapprochement in the early 1970s. Through examining the twists and turns in the process of 'Ping Pong Diplomacy' making, this study intends to bring one's attention to a number of seemingly less significant historical episodes and their long-term impact on US‐China relations. Like small butterflies whose spontaneous actions can generate unexpected climatic changes, the various individuals in this study, including players and officials of the table-tennis teams, low-ranking diplomats and journalists, played an indispensable part in bringing forth a dramatic transformation in US‐China relations, which in turn altered the Cold War climate in general.
