改革开放以来党的执政理念的科学选择与丰富发展

执政理念是执政党在执政过程中对自身执政活动的总的勾画和设计,是执政党用以指导整个执政活动的根本原则,直接反映的是执政党的执政宗旨、奋斗方向和终极目标.十三中全会以来,我们党的执政理念在选择上更为科学,在内容上更为丰富,并随着改革开放伟大实践的深入推进不断得到发展.梳理这一过程,研究这一理念的转变,对于现阶段完善党的执政理念、提高党的执政能力意义都很重大.     

乌头碱在兔尸中的降解动力学研究

本文研究了灌服短柄乌头（ＡｃｏｎｉｔｕｍｂｒａｃｈｙｐｏｄｕｍＤｉｅｌｓ，简称ＡｂＤ）后，乌头碱（Ａ－ｃｏｎｉｔｉｎｅ，简称ＡＣ）在４℃保存兔厂中的降解动力学规律。结果显示，乌头碱在克厂中的降解符合表观二级动力学过程，乌头碱在肝、肾中的降解动力学方程分别为：Ｃ－１（肝）＝０．０３３９（ｔ—５）＋０．１９１８，ｃ－１（肾）＝０．０７８８（ｔ—５）＋０．５１７６，其半衰期分别为５．６６和６．５７天。     

A Ferris Wheel Accident at a Movable Amusement Park

This study presented a Ferris wheel accident case. A Ferris wheel is composed of many parts, and the outmost ring of it is assembled using a lock pin. This accident occurred because the lock pin caught the door of a gondola and the gondola overturned. Five of the seven passengers in the gondola fell to the ground, along with the gondola's viewing window. The investigation revealed that the gondola became stuck when its door was caught by a lock pin at the Ferris wheel's three o'clock position. The contact between the door and the lock pin was due to a structural problem: There was not enough space allotted between the door and the lock pin. Therefore, if a passenger pushed on the gondola's door, the potential existed for contact between the door and the lock pin.     

Parental Postconflict Explanations: Implications for Children's Adjustment Outcomes

The Post Conflict Explanations (PCE) scale is a compilation of behaviors commonly seen in parent‐child postconflict communications. Following exploratory factor analysis, the PCE emerged as a four‐dimension scale with adequate subscale internal consistency and intercorrelations: Dismissive (α = 0.86), Emotion Dysregulation (α = 0.85), Constructive (α = 0.97), and Blaming (α = 0.77). The PCE and its subscales were further validated through moderate‐to‐strong associations with established scales of family conflict, emotional security, and adjustment outcomes. The identification of these postconflict explanations represents a step forward in distinguishing constructive and destructive conflict behaviors.     

The Influence of “Social Viewing” on Televised Debate Viewers’ Political Judgment

Social media could serve as an easy and fast window to the climate of public opinion. In the current study, we examined the influence of perceived opinion climate revealed via Twitter postings in shaping televised debate viewers’ candidate evaluation. We conducted two Web-based experiments in the high- and low-stimulus elections: (a) the 2012 Korean presidential election and (b) the 2014 Seoul mayoral election. Instead of using contrived stimulus materials, we were able to examine the influence of exposure to Twitter postings in voters’ judgment of candidate performance in real time. Using a custom-designed Web application, participants evaluated the candidates as debate-related Twitter postings were being fed in real time during each televised debate. Our results suggest that exposure to Twitter postings has induced significant bandwagon effects. Bandwagon effects were pervasive even among partisans and the knowledgeable. Our findings show that more policy efforts ought to be made to strengthen the informative role of social viewing.     

A Preliminary Study of the Reliability of Anatomical Facial Landmarks Used in Facial Comparison

Anatomical landmarks are considered the most objective indicators for use in forensic facial comparisons. Therefore, accurately identifying and locating these landmarks is the beginning of reliable facial comparison. This study evaluated the accuracy with which facial landmarks are located and examined their reliability according to type of landmark, head posture, and image quality. Nine operators located a series of landmarks on prepared facial images used to produce comparison images. Then, the average distances between the reciprocal landmarks (ADRL) on the reference and the comparison images were measured as indicators of landmark reliability. We found that a set of landmarks had higher or lower reliability as a function of the head angle and image quality. More reliable landmarks were associated with certain head postures and degrees of image quality. These should be used for facial comparison analysis depending on various head and image conditions.     

乡村振兴视域下南疆农村人居环境优化的路径探析——以喀什地区S县T乡为例

新疆南疆四地州是少数民族集中聚居的地区,也是我国“三区三州”深度贫困地区之一。近年来,南疆四地州在全力打赢脱贫攻坚战的同时,认真贯彻《自治区农村人居环境整治三年行动实施方案》,积极推进农村人居环境整治工作,取得了积极的成效,为美丽宜居乡村建设积累了经验,打下了基础。乡村振兴视域下南疆四地州建设“生态宜居”乡村,要牢固树立生态优先理念,合理规划村庄布局;推进农村基础设施建设,完善人居环境支撑;调动和激发村民参与生态宜居乡村建设的积极性和主动性;重视对地方民族传统文化的发掘利用;完善监督管理机制。     

Social Classes and the Neo-Liberal Poverty Regime in Turkey, 2002–2011

The Justice and Development Party (or AKP) era in Turkey has witnessed the emergence of a new welfare regime resting on voluntary public and private transfers. This system has been replacing the former welfare system in which the right to social welfare benefits was constitutionally guaranteed. The new welfare system has tended to distribute transfers on a selective and unequal basis. This article analyses the size and effects of this system using a social class-based analytical framework. In explaining class structure in Turkey, we use the official Household Budget Survey database. The results indicate a massive process of proletarianisation has taken place. Our results indicate that the working classes have constituted the majority of the poor. In this environment, the shares of voluntary public and private transfers in the incomes of households have been rising. For some classes, like rural unemployed, urban unemployed and agricultural labourers, these transfers have captured a very high share of the incomes. These transfers have also been distributed very unequally. Their share in the central budget has also been rising. All these point to the emergence of a new neo-liberal welfare (poverty) regime as part of a new labour control regime.
