试论马克思主义美学的哲学基础

马克思主义美学从以实践观为核心的物质本体论出发解释人类审美、艺术的发生;阐释了审美活动的本质;论述了人类历史特定阶段审美、艺术活动的作用;并因其以实践观为核心的物质本体论目标在于改造世界,其美学思想也和现实的革命内容相关。     

一种先进民主性的政党制度

在当今世界的政党制度中,我国实行共产党领导的多党合作制度.但由于社会制度的不同及现阶段我国政治、经济的转型和一些不良现象的出现,总是有一些人对我国政党制度的民主性产生怀疑.本文拟从比较政治的方式入手,阐释它的先进民主性.     

Economic Development and Corruption: Beijing beyond 'Beijing'

This study attempts to reveal the political dynamics of economic reforms in China through an analysis of the case of Beijing. As anywhere else in China, Beijing experienced rapid economic growth from 1978 through to 1994. During this period, Beijing's GDP increased four times; Beijing's foreign investment amounted to $26.1 billion and the number of foreign enterprises reached 10,196; and Beijing's people increased their income by a factor of 10. In the meantime, however, as in other places in China, Beijing witnessed more rampant corruption than ever in the history of the People's Republic. The world was shocked in 1995 by the news that a senior vice mayor of Beijing committed suicide and that the party secretary—a politburo member—was first placed under house arrest and then faced criminal charges because of corruption. The attack on Beijing by the center revealed another dynamic in the particular case of Beijing, that is, a strong capital can hardly coexist with the center. The strong capital may defy the power of the center, but the center has to control the capital to command the whole country. The struggle between the center and the capital resulted in the defeat of the capital, as was the case in the Cultural Revolution.     

发展与规范非政府组织促进社会和谐与安定

"非政府组织"是指按照一定的宗旨和系统组织起来的,具有民间性、公益性、志愿性、自治性和非营利性等特点的社会组织.在我国构建社会主义和谐社会的历史进程中,非政府组织具有不可替代的作用.为了充分发挥非政府组织的作用,不仅需要大力发展非政府组织,而且迫切需要改进和创新非政府组织管理,规范非政府组织的行为.     

对城乡经济社会发展一体化的几点思考

探索城乡一体化的途径与模式,建立健全“工业反哺农业、城市支持农村”的长效机制,构建平等、和谐的工农、城乡关系,加快农村发展,逐步缩小城乡差距,加快推动农村经济社会又好又快发展。

针对贵州民族地区学校体育教育现状存在的具体问题,分析在贵州民族地区学校利用民族传统体育资源实施素质教育的重要性和可行性.提出在国家三级课程管理的体制下,建立民族传统体育教学的操作系统和利用民族传统体育资源实施素质教育的相应对策,为深化当前贵州民族地区学校体育课程教学改革具有重要的指导作用和现实意义.     

Predicting Life Satisfaction During Middle Adulthood from Peer Relationships During Mid-Adolescence

The immediate advantages of adolescent friendships and disadvantages of peer rejection are well documented, but there is little evidence that these effects extend into adulthood. This study tested the hypothesis that peer relationships during adolescence predict life satisfaction during middle adulthood, using data from a 30-year prospective longitudinal study. Participants included 996 (49.5 % female) 8th grade students from a community sample of Swedish youth. Self-reports of friendship and peer reports of rejection were obtained when participants were age 15. Self-reports of global life satisfaction and perceived relationship quality were collected at age 43 for women and age 48 for men. Path analyses tested a direct-effects model that examined links from adolescent friendship participation and peer rejection to middle adulthood outcomes, and a buffered-effects model that examined links from adolescent peer rejection to middle adulthood outcomes, separately for those with and without friends during adolescence. Strong support emerged for the buffered-effects model but not the direct-effects model. Adolescent friendship participation moderated associations between adolescent peer rejection and adult global life satisfaction and between adolescent peer rejection and adult perceived relationship quality such that peer rejection predicted poorer adult outcomes for youth without friends but not for youth with friends. The findings suggest that the risks of peer rejection—and benefits of friendship—extend from adolescence well into middle age.     

专项治理的实施效果与法治前景——基于安镇脱贫攻坚行动的实证考察

打赢脱贫攻坚战为我国如期实现全面建成小康社会目标的关键一环,是助推基层社会治理体系和治理能力现代化的重要抓手和载体。然在具体实践过程中,基层政府因对"专项治理"政策工具的特性洞鉴尚浅,实证背景研判不足,未能恰当处理"专项"与"常规"政策工具之间以及政策工具与治理目标之间的关系,进而使政策工具在基层社会复杂应用环境中"空转",导致治理效果不理想。基于以上问题及困境,以安镇脱贫攻坚行动为研究对象,在深度剖析两大政策工具之理论及实践逻辑基础上,全局把握科学革命的齿轮状特点与终极导向。并据此分析传统专项治理作为科学革命的重要范式,在脱贫攻坚战中发挥着营造环境、整合资源、利益驱动、权力生产、全面治理等正向作用,同时也存在"目标置换""精英俘获""临时应对"等局限性一面。因此,在总结科学革命经验基础上尝试性提出新的常规科学建立的理想模型,以期不断创新与完善中国基层治理法治化路径。     

20世纪前后粤东留隍地区妇女集体投江与侨乡社会

田野调查资料表明20世纪前后粤东留隍地区的妇女集体投江事件既不是无中生有,也不像方志那么浮夸,更不是经过地方长官的祭祀便销声匿迹,这种恶性事件间歇性地发生着,表现出社会结构的极端张力。大批男性下南洋谋生导致留隍社会性别、职业、家庭结构的失衡,加上社会减压机制的缺失使得留隍妇女无法承受这些压力从而走向不归路。     

医学生就业愿景存在的问题及对策——以泰山医学院为例

医学生就业愿景与医学生就业率有着直接的关系。文章通过问卷调查、统计分析等途径,对近5年泰山医学院医学生就业愿景、就业状况成因进行了分析研究,分析了当前医学生就业愿景存在的问题及成因并提出了对策。
