阶级民主和程序民主——考茨基和列宁政制之争再思考

1918年考茨基和列宁关于民主问题的争论,对后来社会主义的发展,无论在观念上,还是历史上,都产生了极其重要的影响。考茨基认为,列宁和布尔什维克背叛民主,而列宁则认为考茨基歪曲民主的实质。在考茨基和列宁争论的背后,隐含着一个极其重要的问题,即社会主义民主是阶级民主和程序民主的有机统一。认识这一点,对于社会主义民主思想史的研究和当代中国民主政治的发展具有重要的价值。     

Burundi: des identités ethnico-politiques forgées dans la violence

Taking the recent political situation as background, the author examines the rhetoric of political propaganda in Burundi. By considering several texts, both written (newspaper articles, politicians’ statements, political leaflets) and oral (speeches and radio declarations), of which long excerpts are reproduced, the author is able to demonstrate that all parties call for violence in Burundi, regardless of political side. The Other, whoever he may be, is systematically denied the right to exist; meanwhile, the exercise of violence appears as a means of delimiting the space belonging to each group. This in turn legitimates and generalizes daily use of violence.     

Le mythe de Cham dans quelques livrets scolaires du Congo belge

The author quotes and briefly analyses a few exerpts taken from textbooks written and printed by Christain missionaries for the Congo primary schools. The Bible story of Cham cursed by his father, told in those texts from which Congolese children learned to read in the first half of the 20th century, stressed the white man’s superiority as coming from God.     

Subcontracting,growth and capital accumulation in small‐scale firms in the textile industry in Turkey

This study examines capital accumulation and growth among subcontracting small‐scale textile firms. We find that, in spite of the higher average profitability of non‐subcontracting production relative to subcontracting, the average annual rate of capacity expansion between the two groups is not statistically different from the former. This implies that the higher average productive capacity of the non‐subcontractors relative to that of the subcontracting firms are due to differences in their initial capacity. The study further suggests that there may be no easy transition from subcontracting to independent production. For many subcontractor firms in the sample, the cost of inputs required for independent production exceeds the current value of their gross earnings by a multiple.

有组织犯罪被联合国大会宣称为"全球性瘟疫",我国刑事立法已予以确认.本文从侦查学角度精要论述了世纪之交的特定历史时期我国有组织犯罪在犯罪主体、犯罪时间、犯罪地点、犯罪对象、犯罪手段方法等诸方面的特点,并在此基础上对其发展趋势作了理性分析.     

论我国侦查策略的理论来源

侦查策略从本质上而言是侦查主体为达到一定的侦查目标在实施侦查行为的过程中对侦查对象采取的灵活有效的方法.我国侦查策略中蕴含的灵活有效的方法并不是凭空产生的,而有着广泛的渊源,其主要的理论来源包括三个方面,即军事策略思想、侦查实践经验及科学理论和方法.
