青少年运用互联网现状及对策研究 --来自浙江省的调查报告

随着经济社会的快速发展,青少年与互联网的关系越来越密切.从调查情况看,互联网的双重特征日益凸现,负面影响也日趋严重,主要表现为色情、暴力、恶劣刺激性游戏、赌博、网恋、黑客等等.这些都直接影响了青少年的身心健康,有的甚至发展到了网络犯罪.网络污染正成为影响青少年成长日益严重的社会问题.

从1917年十月革命胜利到现在已经88年了。在此期间,俄罗斯联邦的违宪审查制度经历了最高国家权力机关监督制到宪法司法制度的演变。研究俄罗斯联邦宪法司法制度的确立进程、俄罗斯联邦宪法司法制度的主要内容等确有必要。     

马克思关于"代谢断层"的理论--环境社会学的经典基础

马克思的后期著作系统地提出了关于有机物的再循环以及可持续性等生态观点,强调人类生产与其自然条件之间的"代谢断层"(metabolic rift).这一理论应成为环境社会学的经典基础.     

Japan’s strategic contrast: continuing influence despite relative power decline in Southeast Asia

Abstract

Since 2008 the Japanese government has become more responsive to the exercise of Chinese economic, diplomatic and military power in Southeast Asia, suggesting an intensifying rivalry. The Japanese government has thrown off any reticence about self-promotion by more forcefully positioning Japan as a sensitive and sustainable strategic partner for Southeast Asian nations in a strategic contrast with the People’s Republic of China (PRC). Rather than trying to contain China, Tokyo is seeking to mediate how China turns its material resources into influence. Despite an increasing asymmetry in material resources between China and Japan, this article argues that Japan maintains a surprising ability to influence the preferences of Southeast Asian nations and responses to exercises of PRC power, which in turn has allowed Japan to influence China’s regional strategy.     

Evaluation of Implementation of the Kentucky Court Rules of Procedure and Practice: An Approach to Assessing the Impact of Court Reform Efforts

This article describes a Supreme Court of Kentucky court improvement initiative designed to promote uniformity and improved court practice with an ultimate goal of the improvement of outcomes for children and families through implementation of Family Court Rules of Procedure and Practice. Twelve jurisdictions were purposely selected to exhibit a range of family and non‐family court jurisdictions, rural and middle‐sized locations. This article focuses on the results of court case file review related to indicators of due process and timeliness. Implications for court evaluation and reform activities are discussed.     

Retributive justice: The Gacaca courts in Rwanda

After decades of cycling violence between Hutu and Tutsi groupsin Rwanda and Burundi, violence peaked in 1994 with a genocideof Tutsis in Rwanda, during which the Hutu majority slaughtered800,000 Tutsi and moderate Hutus, leaving the country with 120,000accused génocidaires awaiting trial. Rwanda's gacacacourts were established as a response to the backlog of untriedgenocide cases. These courts disturbingly distinguish betweengenocide and war crimes committed during the same era, tryingonly those accused of genocide. This article argues that thegacaca process will contribute to the insecurity of all Rwandancitizens in the future, since it pursues inequitable justice,accentuates the ethnic divide and will be interpreted as revenge.     

A Process Evaluation of a Kentucky Court Improvement Initiative

This article describes a court improvement initiative designed to promote uniformity and improved court practice with the ultimate goal of the improvement of outcomes for children and families. The article focuses on the results of interviews and focus groups conducted as part of the evaluation of this initiative. Twelve jurisdictions were purposively selected to exhibit a range of family court and non–family court jurisdictions in rural and middle‐sized locations. The discussion of the qualitative results focuses on changes in court practice and the impact of the initiative on case time.
