SHANZHAI, a phrase that entered Chinese Internet-speak in 2008, has split over into everyday commerce, manifest in shanzhai mobile phones, cosmetics, handbags and watches - even shanzhai movie stars and blockbusters. Although disgruntled at the shanzhai onslaught, most people maintain an attitude of genial bemusement.

早期汉水文化在中华文化的形成发展过程中明显地处于核心区并发挥着核心作用：一方面,从新旧石器时代至两汉时期,人们在汉水流域频繁的各种经济、政治等社会活动与发达的原始农业和手工业表明,汉水文化源远流长,汉水流域是中华文明的重要的发祥地之一;另一方面,楚文化根植于汉水文化,汉水文化以其奇妙性、神秘性、自由性、幻想性、浪漫性的品质和精神孕育、催生、滋润了楚文化,从而形成了文化发生学上汉水文化→楚文化→汉代文化→中华文化之间的逻辑关系。

表达新城疫病毒F基因的重组鸡痘病毒实时荧光定量PCR检测方法的建立

采用荧光染料SYBR Green渗入法,通过对real-time PCR反应条件进行优化,建立了real-timePCR检测方法,用该方法定量分析新城疫病毒(NDV)F基因在重组鸡痘病毒(rFPV-F-VP0)第1、5、10、15、20代次中的表达整合情况。结果表明,建立的标准曲线呈现良好的重复性和特异性,与模板浓度呈现良好的线性关系。在线性浓度范围内,随着模板量的减少,其对应的Ct值相应增大,0.99<相关系数(r2)<1,0.8<扩增效率(E)<1.2,熔解曲线为单一特征峰型。本试验精确定量了外源基因在重组鸡痘病毒中的表达水平,为阐明重组鸡痘病毒的表达机理提供了理论基础。     

Cooperation-benefit and social mobilization： The basement of harmonious society

As a goal pursued by human beings, a harmonious society can be constructed through a bottom to up social construction mechanism and top to bottom social mobilization mechanism. A healthy social construction mechanism can promote social wealth and allocate it impartially by jointing production of member of society and cooperation-benefit. At the same time, a good social mobilization mechanism, on the other way, makes the members of society reach a harmonious consensus by social mobilization and social civilization. In order to create these two types of mechanisms, public administrators need to develop mechanisms to promote cooperation and develop cooperation productivity. These mechanisms include social trust mechanism, information sharing mechanism, supervision and restraining mechanism and the mechanism for the distribution of interests.

我国的判例历史源远流长,早在秦朝就有"廷行事",汉朝的"决事比",宋朝的"断例",明朝的"固事生例"及清朝的"以例断案",民国时甚至直接称之为判例法,发展到今天的中国,虽然我国已无判例法之说,但是判例却是无处不在的,最高人民法院的案例指导制度,正是这一制度在当代的变化和发展。指导性案例在其发展过程中出现了不少争议和问题,本文从指导性案例实施的现状和所存在的问题出发,对比域外相关判例法制度中值得我国行政审判学习与借鉴的地方,加以梳理和介绍。
