论清政府对延边朝鲜族移民政策的演变

清朝末年,图们江对岸的大量朝鲜移民流入中国东部边境地区,对我国东北边疆形势产生重大影响。清政府为了应对越界跨国移民的局面,对东北边疆的封禁政策进行了调整,逐渐松弛了封禁政策,由被动封禁逐渐转向主动开放,并通过“通商局”、“越垦局”、“抚垦局”等边疆民治机关的设置,加强了对移民的管理,促进了东北地区特别是延边等东部边疆的开发。     

胃癌术后早期小肠内滴注中药改善细胞免疫功能和肠黏膜通透性临床研究

目的:观察健脾通里中药对胃癌患者术后早期免疫功能的影响和对肠屏障功能的保护作用。方法:60例将要手术的胃癌患者随机分为研究组(30例)和对照组(30例)。研究组给予术后早期(术后1 d)小肠内滴注健脾通里中药;对照组术后早期(术后1 d)小肠内滴注9.0 g/L氯化钠注射液。疗程均为7 d。手术前后分别观察:①细胞免疫功能:血白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、白细胞介素-12(IL-12)和可溶性白细胞介素-2受体(sIL-2R);②肠黏膜通透性:尿乳果糖和甘露醇比值(L/M)和血内毒素水平(ET)。结果:①术后7 d研究组与对照组比较,IL-2显著升高,sIL-2R显著降低(P<0.05);研究组自身术后7 d与术前1 d比较,IL-2、sIL-2R、IL-12水平均有显著改善(P<0.05);对照组术后7 d上述指标虽然也有所恢复,但无显著性差异(P>0.05);②研究组术后5 dL/M比值明显低于对照组(P<0.01);研究组自身术后5 d与术前1 d比较,L/M比值无明显升高(P>0.05);而对照组自身术后5 d与术前1 d比较,L/M比值明显升高(P<0.01)。③术后3d研究组血ET较对照组显著降低(P<0.01);研究组术后3 d与自身术前1 d比较,ET无显著升高(P>0.05);而对照组术后3 d与术前1 d比较,ET显著升高(P<0.01)。结论:胃癌术后早期采用健脾通里中药治疗能够提高机体免疫功能,并有助于改善肠黏膜通透性、保护肠黏膜屏障。

关于无名流浪者交通肇事人身损害赔偿案件几个问题的思考

近年来,无名流浪者因交通事故致死的事件时有发生。由于我国法律规定存在的缺失和空白,导致在司法实践中就原告主体资格、人身损害赔偿金额、赔偿金的处置等问题,产生了分歧和疑惑。本文对以上问题提出了与当前实际操作完全不同的观点。     

Heihe：The Pioneer of Sino-Russian Trade

SITUATED in northern Heilongjiang Province, Heihe looks across the Sino-Russian border at Blagoveshchensk, the administrative center of Russia's Amur Region. At their closest point, the two cities are just 750 meters apart. Their histories are therefore closely interrelated. The Gift Swap That Launched a Thousand Deals In September 1987, Heihe presented Blagoveshchensk with 208 tons of watermelons, or one kilogram for each of its citizens. In return, it received 306 tons of fertilizer from its Russian neighbor. This gift swap sparked off a flurry of border trade between the two nations, and much of it was carried out through these cities. Border trade quickly expanded to every aspect of business. Merchants brought diverse cargoes such as furs, toys, razor blades, and tableware from Russia and other CIS countries to Heihe, and returned with many China-made goods like jewelry, sportswear, and down-padded anoraks.     

Gaomi-a Burgeoning City of Domestic Textiles

SITUATED in the hinterland of Shandong Peninsula on China's north-east coast, Gaomi was one of the first towns in the area opened by the State Council to foreign investment. Since then Gaomi has boomed,with Gross Regional Product hitting RMB 15.81 billion in 2006,up 19.9 percent over the previous year.Total regional revenue reached RMB 1.38 billion, while investment in fixed assets reached RMB 10.9 billion,up 17.3 percent over the 2005 figure.

过敏性反应死亡法医病理学研究

目的探讨过敏性反应死亡的法医病理学特点,从而解决困扰法医学工作者对过敏性反应死后诊断的鉴定要点。方法对华西法医鉴定中心1995―2004年尸检检出的26例药物过敏性死亡案例进行回顾性分析。结果本组26例药物过敏所致死亡案例的死者年龄以31-40岁的例数最多,占了38%;26例因药物过敏所致死亡的案例中,12例为青霉素类药物过敏,为引起过敏最常见的药物;而药物使用途径引起过敏反应死亡的案例中以注射为主,共20例;以个体诊所及基层医院多发生过敏反应死亡的案例;18例在使用药物后出现典型的严重的过敏性反应的临床表现;15例为在用药后半小时内发生死亡;病理解剖可见咽喉粘膜水肿20例,其中咽喉腔阻塞大于75%2例,50￣75%5例,25～50%7例,小于25%6例,显微镜下检查嗜酸性粒细胞浸润咽喉粘膜者21例、肺组织18例;6例血清IgE检测值呈现出显著的升高。结论过敏性反应的死后诊断应结合死者的生前临床病史,死亡时间,生前临床表现,病理解剖发现及血清IgE检测值综合分析。
