羧化胶乳凝集试验检测边缘无形体血清抗体的研究

利用边缘无形体可溶性抗原 ,以化学交联的方式致敏羧化胶乳制成胶乳抗原 ,成功地建立了一种检测牛边缘无形体血清抗体的胶乳凝集试验 (LAT)诊断方法。用制备的胶乳抗原分别检测瑟氏泰勒虫、双芽巴贝虫、衣原体、附红细胞体阳性血清 ,结果均为阴性 ;与边缘无形体标准阳性血清、免疫牛血清、流行区血清样品均呈明显的凝集反应。研究结果表明 ,LAT方法具有操作简单、快速、敏感性高、特异性强、成本低廉等优点 ,是一种特别适合于基层现场检测边缘无形体血清抗体的新方法。     

论我国设立分居制度的重大意义及立法构想

一、从总体上说 ,国外的分居制度有两种不同的立法体例 ;二、在实行依法治国的今天 ,我国设立分居制度有着重大的现实意义 ;三、设立我国科学的分居制度的基本立法构想 :(一 )分居体例以采用大陆法系的立法体例为宜 ;(二 )分居形式可协议分居与诉讼分居并存 ;(三 )分居理由及分居与离婚的关系可法定理由与事实理由相结合及分居制度与离婚制度相并列 ;(四 )分居的法律后果 ,主要涉及夫妻间的法律关系以及夫妻与子女的法律关系 ;(五 )分居的终结 :和好、离婚或死亡。
