With the development of the society, more and more people are realized that it is a fact that the communication between people plays a significant role in their daily work and life. English Public speaking, as one of the means of communication, also gains the attention of the many universities. The author will reflect some issues which exist in Yunnnan Agricultural University in recent years and raise some measures as well.

2006年,胡锦涛就增强我军"软实力"建设作出重要指示。我军的政治工作有着独特的优良传统和文化底蕴,文化工作伴随我军思想政治工作代代传承,是我军政治工作的有机组成部分和促进政治工作质量提升的重要推动力。技术科研部队人员构成不同于一般单位,有学历高、年轻化、所从事业务性质特殊、保密度高等特点,人员思维敏锐,却缺乏与外界交流。技术部队必须增强思想工作的效能,以先进的思想文化武装人、引导人、塑造人、鼓舞人。     

云南农业大学英专学生论文写作中的问题及对策(英文)

This paper discusses the issues of thesis writing for English major students in Yunnan Agricultural University to transfer students’ attention to the problems they bore from complaining the extrinsic comfortlessness and based on this awareness,the aim of this paper is to lead students to figure out the best way to write a Graduate Paper efficiently.The research indicate that:(1) students fail to regard their graduate thesis positively and leave the responsibility of failure writing mostly to the improper supervision received;(2) ability of arranging their time was limited which allowed them to make it an excuse that they have no time for writing;(3) students turned to not like communicate with neither instructors nor classmates,which restrained themselves from getting better and laid the ground of bewildering on thesis writing.

基于利益相关者理论的高校绩效工资改革博弈关系分析

高校绩效工资改革是高校管理研究的重点之一。从利益相关者理论的角度,在高校绩效工资改革利益相关者分类的基础上,采用完全信息静态博弈模型,对高校决策主体与专任教师、行政人员等决策参与者间的博弈关系进行了分析,得到最优策略就是从有利于对方的角度出发,通过实现对方的利益最大化,来实现自身的利益最大化。
